Demolishing R.C.C work manually/ by mechanical means including stacking of steel bars and disposal of unserviceable material within 50mtrs lead as per direction of E-I-C.

Dismantling the old plaster or skirting, raking out joints, and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50mtr lead.

Demolishing brick work in cement mortar including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50mtrs lead.

Providing and constructing BRICK MASONRY in cement mortar as per mixes stipulated below using approved well burnt bricks of "CLASS DESIGNATION" (Classification as per I.S.1077-1986) as specified below, including raking out joints 10mm deep wherever required, curing, etc; complete at all lead and lifts all as per specifications (The mix ratio specified is for cement : coarse sand) USING BRICKS OF CLASS DESIGNATION "3.5"(Minimum Average Compressive strength not less than 3.5 N/sqmm) In foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:6. Price includes fixing of chair bracket/rag bolt into masonary Complete all as directed by EIC.

Providing and fixing up to floor five level precast cement concrete string or lacing courses, copings, Trench cover block, bed plates, anchor blocks, plain window sills, shelves, louvers, steps, stair cases, etc., including hoisting and setting in position with cement mortar 1:3 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand), cost of required Centering complete 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement - All work up to plinth level : 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more

Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

15 mm cement plaster on rough side of single or half brick wall finished with a floating coat of neat cement of mix : 1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) Note: The Plater should be of single coat Mala finished.

Disposal of moorum/building rubbish/ malba/ similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste material by mechanical transport including loading, transporting, unloading to approved municipal dumping ground for lead upto 10 km for all lifts, complete as per directions of Engineer-in-charge. Rate includes transporting and stacking of old RCC Cover block at some specific location inside campus to dispose. Note - 1. Item to be applicable in urban areas having directions for restricted hours for movement / plying of load carrying motor vehicle of 3.5 cum or more. 2. Voids @20% for solids and 50% for rock shall be dedcuted from fully loaded truck measurement to arrive at the net quantity for payment in case of direct measurement is not possible. 3. The cost is inclusive of necessary permisiion from statutory authorities for dumping the debris/excess earth outside department premises

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new work Note:-Paint will be applied on steel . The surface area of MS members will be measured and paid.

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete. Note:- Removing of emulsion paint, white wash, oil paint or enamel paint for Internal wall, exterior paint on external wall (including washing), wood work, steel work etc. by sand paper, wire brush, roll paper etc. to receive fresh coat of paint is also covered under item. Rates also includes scaffolding, covering of wool pile carpet and cleaning the same by vaccum after work completion. Measurements will be done as per relevant IS Code. Complete all as directed by EIC.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : Two or more coats on new /old work over an under coat of suitable shade with ordinary paint / wood primer (on wood surface) / zinc based primer (on metal surface) of approved brand and manufacture Note:-Paint will be applied on steel and wood work, Rates includes scaffolding, oil based putty on wood work. The surface area of MS members (railing etc) will be measured and paid.

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work for :Foundations, footings, bases for columns
