SCHEDULE: C Non Schdule Items

NS 1 : Designing, supplying and erecting diamond shaped or any other architectural finish as directed, precast concrete facia panels of suitable thickness with M35 grade of concrete as approved including supplying and providing required reinforcing strips (hot dipped galvanized) of suitable section with all fixtures, accessories, bolts, nuts, joint fillers for vertical joints between panels, bearing plates for horizontal joints between panels complete all as per relevant IS codes, MOST specifications and IRC codes and technical specifications of reinforced earth and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: i) Design of the structure shall be carried out based on locally available back fill material or a practically achievable blended material. ii) Rate for this item shall include the cost of the cement and reinforcement steel required for the work.

NS 2: Filling in embankment for road approach as per approved reinforcement earth technology behind the erected precast facia panels with contractor's supply of back fill materials which shall be free from organic or otherwise deleterious materials and shall conform to the mechanical and physiochemical requirements including mechnanical compaction as per reinforced earth technology specifications. Note: This work shall be carried out as per approved reinforced earth technology which shall be submitted by the contractor and got approved by Railways/RITES.The work is to be done along with reinforcing strips provided with concrete facia panel as per Technical Specifications.

NS 3: Supplying and providing of well graded crushed aggregate of size varying from 19.5 mm to 9.1 mm as drainage bay backing provide long the facia behind the errectd concrete panels of reiforcement earth Retaining wall including supplying and providing perforated drainage pipes connecting to the near by drain including compaction of the filled material at a specified layer thickness as per approved reinforced base corse including premixing the material at OMC in mechnical mixure (Pug Mill) carriage of mixed material by Tipper to site with all lead and lift,laying in uniform layers complete as per MOST specificalation clause 401/RA(17) as per Technical Specifications.

NS 4: Designing, supplying, fabricating and providing of trapezoidal roll formed deck sheeting profiles of 88 mm depth made of galvanised steel troughed metal decking plate over cross girders/supports for cast -in-situ deck slab of ROB. Thickness of deck plate shall be 1.00mm(minimum)and shall serve as permanent shuttering to deck slab of 250mm(max) thickness measured over crest of metal decking and shall have adequate strength to support the weight of green concrete and imposed loads during concreting over a span of 2000mm between supports. Deck sheets to be embossed to facilitate enhanced sheet to concrete bonding with contractors all materials, men, equipment, tools and plant, fixing arrangements, all lead and lift and the work to be carried out above Railway properties as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

NS 5: Supply of Special PSC sleepers without fittings but inclusive of nspection Charges, GST etc. in connection with PSC Mono block main line sleeper T-2496

a) For Girder Bridge Approaches (T-4089 to T-4097) (1 set Consists of 11 no. of sleepers)

b) For slab bridge T - 4088

NS 6 : Cost of Railway's second hand 60/52 kg rails for Guard rails.

NS 7: Supply and Stacking of machine broken clean, hard, angular, durable, stone ballast confirming to railway standard specifications of track ballast IRS-GE-1 of June 2004 (Covered upto date) issued by RDSO and stacking at suitable locations and as approved by the Engineer at site. (The rate includes all lead lifts, loading, unloading, royalty, providing of labour, tools and plants and screen of approved mesh and dimensions required for inspection and passing at the time of measurement). The contractor will make ground level to enable levels been taken by the Engineer at site prior to stacking. Note:- 1. Payment will be made on actual stack measurements for Gross quantities without any deduction for voids in following stages.
