Supplying, fixing & testing of submersible pump set water lubricated and cooled complete with stream line non return valve directly coupled pump set with and including required squirrel cage induction motor for the capacity of suitable HP for operation on 415 (+) 7.5% voltage 3 phase 50 C/S AC. The pump set shall be capable to deliver 1500 LPM (ltr per minute) of water at a head of 150 mtr. The Electric motor shall be hermetically sealed water lubricated, vertical type and shall be directly coupled to the pump and electric motor shall be of same make including taking down old unserviceable pump set from well and depositing at MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing centrifugal pumping set split casing with bronze impeller and stainless steel shaft sleeve of discharge 180 cum/ hour at 70 mtrs head electric driven in 1450 RPM complete with suitable squirrel case induction motor not less than 75 HP type TEFC, 3 phase 415 volt mounting on and including common base plate fabricated by heavy duty MS channel and required PCC work as recommended by manufacturer, including pressure gauge 0 to 7 kg/cm2 glycerin filled with brass air cook heavy duty, MS type coupling complete with rubber tyre as required, including necessary electric connections to motor. Taking down old pump set with base frame and depositing at MES store, and any modification to existing suction and discharge line by providing MS pipe welding to fix new pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of centrifugal pump set 108 mtr head, discharge 50,000 GPH electric driven coupled with suitable electric motor for the capacity of suitable HP mounting on and including common base plate fabricated by heavy duty MS channel and required PCC work as recommended by manufacturer, including pressure gauge 0 to 10 kg/cm2 glycerin filled with brass air cook heavy duty, MS type coupling complete with rubber tyre as required, necessary electric connections to motor including taking down old pump set with base frame and depositing at MES store, and any modification to existing suction and discharge line by providing MS pipe welding, PCC foundation to fix new pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, test and commissioning of split casing centrifugal horizontal type pump set 18 mtr head, discharge 250 cum/hr coupled with suitable electric motor of capacity not less than 25 HP mounting on and including common base plate fabricated by heavy duty MS channel and required PCC work as recommended by manufacturer, including pressure gauge 0 to 7 kg/cm2 glycerin filled with brass air cook heavy duty, MS type coupling complete with rubber tyre as required, including necessary electric connections to motor. Taking down old pump set with base frame and depositing at MES store, and any modification to existing suction and discharge line by providing MS pipe welding to fix new pump complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only 35 Sqmm, 3 Core, flat submersible Cable, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed with multi-stranded copper conductors, conforming to IS : 694- 1990 of 1100 Volt grade, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully automatic Star Delta starters with D range Contractor, LR1D OLR & Electronic Star Delta Timer wall mounted type with start/stop push bottom toper, with enclosure suitable for 75 HP capacity submersible pump set with relay range up to 66 to 110 Amps with inbuilt voltmeter and ampere meter, RYB indicator lamps complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair fully automatic Star Delta starters with D range Contractor, LR1D OLR & Electronic Star Delta Timer wall mounted type with start/stop push bottom toper, with enclosure suitable for 125 HP capacity Centrifugal pump set with relay range up to 90 to 150 Amps with inbuilt voltmeter and ampere meter, RYB indicator lamps complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and installation of silent Diesel Engine driven generating set 225 KVA, 415 volts, 3 phase 4 wire, 0.8 PF at NTP, engine as per IS:10001/ 10002 and Alternator as per IS: 13364 complete with foundation (as per OEM design), Digital control panel with indication of status of engine temperature, battery, fuel level, ampere, voltage, power factor, KVA and sound proof canopy as per CPCB norms with silencer pipe protected with asbestos rope independently supported from engine to outside of power house up to 1.00 mtr, including dismantling existing BER DG set and depositing in MES store yard complete all as specified and directed.

(a) PRIMER MOVER:- Vertical Diesel Engine of suitable capacity water cooled (radiator mounted), closed circuit as per BS 649 or IS 10002/1002 direct injection type turbo charge electric starting system having rated speed 1500 RPM. The DG set shall be capable of running 24 hrs continuously with 10% overloading for one hour in every 12 hrs as per BS 5514/BS 649. Engine shall be equipped with all standard fitting as per manufacturers recommendations and mounted on common base frame with following fittings :-

(i) Engine protection device against low lubricant oil pressure, high oil temperature, over speeding of engine RPM cum hour meter

(ii) Cold starting kit fitting with engine.

(iii) Anti vibration pads of required numbers.

(iv) 24 Volt starting equipment comprising with the following :- (a) two Nos 12 Volts 180 AH Batteries (b) Battery charging alternator with inbuilt regulator. (c) Battery leads (copper cable) of suitable size with brass thimbles and terminals. (d) Lub oil heater

(b) ALTERNATOR :- Alternator rating 225 KVA , 3 phase 50 Cycles, 415 Volts 4 wire supply at NTP 0.8 PF running at the rate of 1500 RPM self excited, self regulated mounted on a strong fabricated steel frame suitable for mounting on permanent foundation to be coupled with the above engine. The alternator shall be conforming to BS-2613 or IS-4722 along with self regulated AVR system.

(c) OTHER FITTINGS:-

Battery charger. Battery charger having electric circuit consisting of triodes, rectifiers, capacitors and resistors etc.

The battery charger should be able to charge the charge the battery at all the times whenever electric supply given to the battery charger through control panel or electric power point.

(d) Fuel Tank :- Inbuilt fuel tank to store fuel to run DG upto 12 hrs continuously.

(e) Acoustic Enclosure:- DG set shall be fitted with acoustic enclosure suitable for 225 KVA as per manufacture's and conforming to latest CPCB Norms. Acoustic enclosure shall comply the revised noise limit of less than 75 db for DG set vide GSR 371 (E) dated 17 May 2002 and its amendments under environment and forest. The contractor shall produces a copy of approved certificate to authenticate and above from the OEM/OEA.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel plate electrodes of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground with earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below normal ground level with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized strip of 32x6 mm earth lead by means of nuts bolts check nuts GI washers earth wire protected by galvanized iron pipe 40 mm bore (light grade) including concrete pit in PCC (1:3:6) type CI, precast RCC cover slab of size 30x30x10 cm with one handle for lifting made out of 8 mm dia MS bar funnel wire mesh 20 mm bore galvanized iron pipe (medium grade) for watering charcoal or coke and salt in alternate layers necessary earth work in soft/loose soil complete all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part 1 including testing on completion all as specified and directed. incl demolition to existing one complete. NOTE 1. The unit rate includes for protection pipe 40 mm dia and GI strip 32x6 mm from top of earth plate up to 7.5 meter above ground level.
