Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) n.exc 0.50m and getting out in hard/ dense soil & returning filling incl removal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc.50 m. complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of steel work in tubular pipes (medium weight) including special shaped washer etc complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubescomplete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of Plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment fe 410-W (gde-E-250) quality A complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 0.63 mm thick Galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and washers, in roof, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Preparation of newly or previously untreated surfaces of steel or iron work over 10 cms width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamal paint over a coat of red oxide Zink chrome primer complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Surface excavation n.exc 30cm deep and averaging 15cm deep and getting out hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Removing excavated material(Soil) n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2, 100 mm thick (40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

PCC 1:2:4 type B-1, 40 mm thick (20mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

M & L for glass dividing strips, 3 mm thick and width of strip 28 mm, inserted in position, conform to design in floor, complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size16 Sq mm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in replacement of XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded galvanised steel strip armoured electric power dable heavy duty 1100 Volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 35 Sq mm 3.5 core, complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Excavation in trenches, getting out in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m deep and not exc 1.5m wide for taking out the existing cable of poles etc any size at places complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Returning filing in including spreading levelling, watering & well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for sand cushioning 15 cm below and 8 cm above the U/G cable laid (total depth of sand shall be 18 cm) complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge. and as directed.

Providing PCC cable cover class LV type-I of size 250x150x40mm laid in perpendicular to the cable abutting each other complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

M & L for GI pipe light grade 50 mm dia galvanised with all fitting to be laid in trench/wall/pole for the protection of cable under road/poles/wall/floor etc complete and PCC path including fixing clamps etc. with pole or passing through road/floor etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead strip 25mmx4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No 3 of MES SSR Part-I connected to main switch board or main control board all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth strip protected by galvanized iron 40 mm dia light grade pipe and watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore light grade including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with pre-cast RCC cover, charcoal/salt, funnel etc including taking out old un-serviceable earthing, complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note: (i) The concrete pit shall be PCC 1:3:6 type C-1, 40mm thick pre-cast cover slab of RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate, reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm c/c on both sides with suitable cast iron handle shall be provided in lieu of cast iron cover shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I., (ii) Item includes the cost of GI pipe up to 7.5m GI for protection of earth strip & (iii) PCC pit shall be provided at least 500 mm away from the pit and not on the earth pit itself and the extra cost of additional length of watering pipe, bends, elbow etc shall be deemed included in the unit rate.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Street light fitting of any description and in any position on Street light poles and Supply, fixing & testing 60W LED street light fitting IP66 Powder coated pressure die cast aluminium High power LED street light with heat resistant toughened glass with lens, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and taking out existing Flood light fitting of any description and in any position on High mast 16.0/12.0 mtr hight poles and Supply, fixing & testing 80 W LED flood light with pressure die-cast aluminium housing, complete with all accessories duly prewired and suitable fixing arragement for mounting on existing MS frame bracket including connecting the fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge. Note : GI pipe bracket and clamps if required shall be measured and paid separately.

Taking down existing unserviceable bracket complete and S&F 32 mm dia GI light grade pipe 2.0 m long with bracket bent to shape by cutting & welding as required & directed and fixed to pole with two No,s of FI clamps 40x5 mm to be tightened with bolts, nut and washers and including painted with two coat of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing repairs cable junction box made of thermoplastic, halogen free, weather proof with metric Knock outs for cable entry including four/five pole terminals and cable entry glands for incomming, out going and connection cable with protection grade IP-66/67 of size 205x255x112 mm and suitable for LT under ground cable any size/capacity including bracing clamp,bolts,nuts & washers complete all as specified and directed by Engrs-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, AC, 415 volts, 200 Amp, 35/36KA, 4 pole, adjustable microprocessor release including making necessary connection in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB, AC, 415volts,160 Amp,16KA,4 pole, adjustable microprocessor release including making necessary connection in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in repair MCCB,AC,415volts,125 Amp,16KA,4 pole, adjustable microprocessor release including making necessary connection in existing panel complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
