TERM CONTRACT FOR ARTIFICERS WORKS IN JCO/ ORs MD ACCN UNDER THE AREA OF AGE B/R-I OF GE (ARMY) No 1 JODHPUR

To perform such services and execute such works upon the terms and conditions contained or referred to in the aforesaid documents and upon the conditions here-in-after contained as may be demanded, and as are enumerated in the aforesaid MES Schedule during the period of eleven months from the date mentioned on acceptance letter ( subject to condition 49 of IAFW-2249 including errata/amendments) at the rates contained in the MES Standard Schedule of rates Part-I (Specifications ) 2009 and Part-II ( Rates ) 2020 together with Errata/ amendments No 1 to 3 for Part-I & amendments No 1 to 122 for Part-II referred as MES Schedule. Notes :- (i) Tenderer shall insert percentage in this BOQ sheet. (ii) Tenderer shall refer and select the option Excess(+) or Less(-) to quote the percentage Above or Below SSR 2020 (Part-II) Rates. (iii) Amount inserted by the MES under Rate column and the total amount arrieved out in this sheet is approximate and for reference only.Being term contract work shall be ordered and priced at the SSR Part-II (2020) Rates and adjusted by the contractors percentage quoted by the contractor in terms of condition 4A of IAFW-2249 forming part of contract.
