The tenderer shall have to scan and upload valid registered KPWD/CPWD Civil contractor License
The tenderer shall have to upload GST registration certificate issued by the competent authority
The tenderer has to upload the self-declaration stating that, the tenderer shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices or blacklisted or litigations or disputes or legal proceedings issued by the Public sector undertaking PSU/ Government of Karnataka
The tenderer shall have to upload the total value of Civil Engineering construction works executed and payments received in any one year during the preceding five years i.e., from FY 2021-22 to 2025-26 taking into account the completed as well as works in progress, duly certified by the Charted Accountant with UDIN. (Financial turnover of previous years shall be given a weight of 10% per year to bring them to the price level of the FY in which the tenders are invited)
The tenderer shall furnish the statements showing the value of existing commitments and ongoing works as well as the as the stipulated period of completion remaining for each of the works listed should be countersigned by the Employer in charge, not below the rank of an Executive Engineer or equivalent
