S & F pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based plain steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in eves covering, ridges or valley gutter of similar type, fixed with self tapping screws including necessary mild steel flats and screws for fixing with framed structure including dismantling of existing sheet complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

S &F 0.63mm thick galvanised, corrugated mild steel sheeting with two corrugations side lap, fixed with coach screws and bitumen washers or with J hook etc, in roofs, walls etc with grade of zinc coating 275 including dismantling and taking down existing steel sheeting of any guage/thickness, including Nainital or similar pattern roof coering complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs 4mm thick Asbestos Cement plain building boards for ceiling in flat or sloping fixed to timber framework with screws etc. including preperation of new asbestos surfaces of ceiling and applying two coats of white wash including preperation of surface complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F mild steel sections (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing, independent fixing with welding etc. including distance pieces, cleats etc. using Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality A complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Preparaing old decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and applying two coats of white wash including filling the voids/surface with wall care putty complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 25mm cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0, (using 12.5 mm crushed and graded stoone aggregate) in flooring and finishing the cement concrete surface even and smooth without using extra cement including dismanatlling of existing PCC floor complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed plain sheet glass 4 mm thick, ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty or in wooden frmae with new wooden beadings in square/rectangular or of any shape not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane etc. including hacking out old glasses complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Supply and fixed figured glass 4mm thick, pin head type and glazing with oil putty or in wooden frmae with new wooden beadings in square/rectangular or of any shape not exc. 0.5 sqm in each pane etc. including hacking out old glasses complete in all respect as specified and directed.
