WORK ORDER FOR JOB ORDER CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR DESIGN

Amount

(1) Consultancy services for Design of central air conditioning plant (Direcct expansion type) and submission of Bills of quantities for special repairs and replacement aginst BER of AC plants at the followings buildings. (i) Strella (P-390) (ii) 600 LT New (P-346) at NAD, Visakhapatnam. The scope of work are as under :- (a) Design and submit the central air conditioning system as per ASHRAE standard (b) Determine AHU capacity and air qty as per requirment of conditioned space. (c) Determine the size and capacity of chillors, condensers and water pumps and submission of the layout diograms complete. (d) Determining piping and ducting for AC requirment and drawing submission along design calculations. (e) Submission of the BOQ for central AC conditioning system including specifications for the equiment. (f) Preparing and submission of schematic drawings and design calculations as per the data sheet of users. (g) Submission of detailed heat load calculations. (h) The Design shoud be vetted from NIT/AU Engineering college/ any Govt university.
