ANNUAL MAINTENANCE CONTRACT FOR BOMB CALORIMETER 6100 AND 6200, PARR MAKE INSTRUMENTS.

PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE VISIT FOR 1ST YR: SCOPE OF WORK AND CONDITION OF THE CONTRACT: Scope: Annual maintenance contract for Bomb Calorimeter, Model:6100 and Model- 6200 Make: Parr instrument Condition of the Contract: (a) Total period of Contract will be for 3(Three) years. (b) The party shall make 6 (six) preventive maintenance visits and 3(three) number of Emergency (breakdown) visit in three years for each instrument. (c) Duration of each PM visit shall be 2(two) days and breakdown visit as per the requirement. (d) During breakdown, the party will be informed the status of the instrument through phone call/email/fax message and the party will attend the emergency/ breakdown call within 72 hours of receiving the information. (e) During visit, the party will arrange accommodation and transport at their own cost. (f) During the time of maintenance spare parts will be provided by Nalco and shall be replaced by the party with free of cost. (g) During AMC visit, the party will carry out the following activities along with routine maintenance; 1. Cleaning and servicing 2. Checking against standard samples 3. Calibration 4. Programming and software maintenance, if required 5. Repair/replacement of defective parts (h)Payment Terms: Half of annual payment will be released in every six months after completion of at least one preventive maintenance visit per Instrument and submission of original bill and tax invoice.
