Rate contract for Civil works for Deployment of drilling Rigs at various drill sites in Mehsana (2025-28)

Bidder to note that the final awarded value shall be based on their quoted quantum of work & ranking as per distribution methodology

Bidder has to quote the percentage excess (+)/At par/Less (-) on Estimated Cost (Inclusive of all Taxes) as shown in Price bid.

Bidders are required to ascertain themselves with the prevailing rates of GST and all other taxes and duties as applicable on the scheduled date of submission of Price bids.

The bidder shall make himself acquainted with area of work, scope of work/specifications, Instructions to bidders, General conditions of Contract, Special conditions of contract etc to give a reasonable quote.

The calculated value based on the quoted percentage shall remain firm during the contract period.

Quoted percentage shall be applicable on all items of Schedule B of tender document.

Bidders are advised not to disclose the price anywhere in the bid except in price bid format. The offers of the bidders indicating/disclosing prices in techno-commercial bid (un-priced bid) or at any stage before opening of price bid, then their bids shall be evaluated without giving any cognizance to such prices.

The ranking of techno-commercially qualified bidders shall be based on percentage quoted by the bidders, irrespective of the quantum of work (20% or 16%) qualified by them.

Awarded value of work shall be worked out by loading the percentage (%) quoted by the techno-commercially acceptable L-1 bidder (and other bidders who has accepted to match the L1 quoted percentage). This shall be applicable uniformly to all the items of BOQ and same shall be payable to the contractor.
