Form work to chullah hoods, chajjas, trough and similar items including edges rough finished flat surfaces complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in- charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for RCC M-30 (Design Mix), using 20 mm graded stone aggregate, as in Fins, fascias, louvres, parapets, and railings exc. 60cm in height, balustrade, and the like, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Use and waste of formwork to fins, louvers, fascia, parapet etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Mild steel CRS TMT bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire annealed not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No. 18 here-in-before, but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm as in soft/loose soil, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance exceeding 500 Metre but not exceeding 1000 Metre and depositing where directed at level not exceeding 1.5 Metre above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonary B-1 (1:3:6) 20mm graded aggregate with soild blocks, exceeding 10cm in width and setting in Cement Mortar (1:6), complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 15mm thick, cement plaster, in cement mortar (1:4) in two layer one layer of 10mm thick and another 5mm thick layer mixed with integral water proofing compound as per manufactures instruction, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 10mm thick on fair face of brick work or concrete surfaces in Cement Mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth wiithout using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement on ceiling in any height, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of surfaces and applying three coats of white wash on new plastered surfaces over a coat of putty on ceiling, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of 100 % Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/ltrs and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm all as per the manufacturers instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of wall putty, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Glass reinforced Gypsum (GRG) Ceiling tiles of size 595mm x 595mmm x 8mm thick of approved design fixed with powder coated aluminium grid Sihouette of size main T (web 25 Flange 35 thickness 0.7mm), Cross- T (Web 25 Flange 35 thickness 0.7mm) and wall angle (Web+Flange 25 Flange 0.7mm), adjustable level clip with wire 4mm dia @ 1200mm c/c to hold the main T and soffit cleat (web 25 Flange 37 & 25 thickness 1.8mm) suitable for mounting tiles of size 595mm x 595mm including fabrication complete as per manufactures instructions, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Make :- Armstrong and equivalent.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 20mm thick machine pressed, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry on roofs and cut and polished joint shall filled with grey cement and no pigments, including 15mm thick screed bed/ rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded aggregate ) as in fillets at junctions between roof and parapet walls, copings rounded or chamfered angles, bed plates, plinth courses, benching for manholes, filling in pressed steel frame and the like finished fair and even including necessary formwork, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 as in roof padding mass concrete using 20mm graded stone aggregate, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) including tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 at the rate of 1.20 kg per Sqm including cleaning concrete surface by forced application, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing powder coated Anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing powder coated Anodised aluminium door shutters, aluminium section weighing not less than 0.55kg/m including 5.5 mm thick tinted glass necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, fancy handles 2 Nos, Mortice lock 4 lever in each door, snap beading, screws, double action floor spring hydraulically regulated made up of minimum 1.25 mm thick aluminium alloy sheet foundation box, main body with stainless steel cover governing pivot made of brass other parts made of heavy duty and fixed, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing anodised aluminium Powder coating ventilator shutters, fixed type without sash bars aluminium section weighing 0.55Kg/m including glazing with 4mm thick tinted glass necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, ruber neoprene packing, anodised aluminium snap beading screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing Anodized aluminium grills of type Doco grill DG 104 or equivelent with Aluminium section of size 7.5mm x 6 mm with necessary channels and clips all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing solid PVC door frame (Single rebated) of size 60mm x 30mm made out of solid PVC foam with homogenous fine cellular structure wood grain printed having smooth outer skin with suitable metal stiffner and fixed with 100x8 sheet metal CSK screws, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. NOTE:- Door frame shall be water proof, termite proof, elegant and should have excellent screw holding strength to fix hinges and hold doors properly for a long life.

Supply & Fixing factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) wood grain printed PVC sheet consisting of frame made out of M.S. tube for top & bottom rail. MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded PVC ”C” channel having a PVC steel strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for style and for top rail lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail and bottom rail paneling of plain coloured PVC sheet to be fitted in MS frame welded / sealed to style & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying and fixing in the frames at site as per specification & drawing, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour For Hardcore of gauge not exceeding 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm graded aggregate as in sub bases of flooring, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for 75mm thick plain cement concrete B-2, 1:2:4 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- The plinth protection shall be laid in pannels and length of the each panel shall not be more than 2.00 mtr all as directed. 6mm joints filled with 85/25 grade bitumen and sand (1:3 ratio) shall be provided. No deduction for joints shall be made while making payment against the above item.

Material & Labour for 15mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window-cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite over screed bed or bedding layer of 15 mm thick with cement mortar 1:6 etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/ 450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match the shade of tiles, with screed bed or rendering of 10 mm thick with cement mortar 1:4 etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick dark Shade Double charged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, in floors etc. by using spacers to maintain a consistant spacing between tiles and the joints filled with epoxy grout of any approved colour having gout lines of uniform width set and jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Vitrified Ceramic tiles 10mm thick dark Shade Double charged (square/ rectangular) polished, area of each tiles exceeding 0.42 sqm but not exceeding 1.00 sqm, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados and risers to steps etc., including 10mm thick screed bed or rendering in Cement Mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for Non - skid Ceramic Coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including 15 mm thick screed bed in Cement Mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply & Fixing vitreous china padastal pattern, "EWC" coloured of size 570mm x 460mm x 380mm with 'P' trap and including Flushing cistern, CP jet spray and plastic sheet cover, connection to trap, and to flushing pipe anti-syphonage pipe, etc., complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
