SURFACE EXCAVATION : Surface excavation in hard/dense soil n.exc (not exceeding ) 30 cm deep and averaging 15CM deep and getting out inclulding all as specified and directed.

EXCAVATION: Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m width and 1.5m depth and getting out including all as specified and direcated.

GRUBBING UP TREE TRUNK : Grubbing up tree trunk of girth exceeding 100 cm and not exceeding 150 cm, including cutting of trunk portion protruding over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and levelling off ground, stacking of serviceable materials and removing of unserviceable materials to a distance n. exc. 50 m and clearing site.

REMOVING OF EXCAVATED MATERIAL Removal of excavated material to a distance exceeding 500M but not exceding 1KM and deposting where directed, complete all specified and directed.

MOORUM : Supply and filling of Moorum/Red Bajri, filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed..

REINFORCEMENT : Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips .

FORMWORK : Formwork with Rough finished surfaces to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams,slabs sides and soffits of foundations and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to batter.

BRICKWORK - Brickwork with sub class B bricks in 1:4 cement mortar, straight or curved in plan exc. 6 m mean radius, built in all as specified and directed.

PCC FLOORING : Cement concrete of 100 mm thickness in floors, sub-floors, sub-bases, pavings etc. of type D-2, 1:4:8 (40 mm graded aggregate)

PCC FLOORING : Cement concrete of 100 mm thickness in floors, sub-floors, sub-bases, pavings etc. of type B1, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate)

DIVIDING STRIPS : Supply and Fixing of Glass dividing strips of 3mm thick and not exceed 22mm width, fixing in concrete flooring to match the top surface includign all as specified and directed by EIC.

PCC : M&L - Plain Cement concrete 1:2:4 , type B2 with 40 mm graded aggregate, in foundation, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

STONE MASONRY : Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6.

PLASTERING :Rendering 12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces including provision of border and creation of raised portions etc. complete all as specified

RCC : Providing precast Cement Concrete solid building blocks of grade B1, 1:2:4 mix or slabs 10cm thick setting in CM (1:4)complete , all as directed and specified

STRUCTURAL STEEL WORK: Structural steel work for making roof trusses, stancstions, purlins, girders etc with suitable Pipes, Square Tubes etc. of Gr. Fe-410-W-(Gde-E-250) quality "B" including cutting, welding complte with suitable guset plates, bolts, nuts etc with errection complete all as specified and directed.

ROOF SHEETS: Pre-Painted galvolume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of sny colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

ROOF SHEETS PLAIN : Pre-Painted galvolume aluminum zinc coating GI based Plain steel sheet 0.5 mm thick of sny colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof coverings/cladding to wall fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified.

CEMENT PAINTING : Cement Painting to walls/ceilings with White or Tinted of two coats before that One Coat of Primer to be applied on new surfaces, including preparation of surface, all as specified and directed.

ENAMEL PAINTING: Rendering synthetic enamel painting on Steel surfaces over one coat of zinc chrome red oxide - surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth including preparation - TWO coats Make: Asian

DISTEMPERING : M & L Oil Bond Distemper in walls with White or Tinted of two coats includig one coat primer with alkali resistant priming paint, to be applied including preparation of surface, all as specified and directed, brand Snocem.
