Excavation in foundation trenches etc.( for pipes and pits) in all kind of soil such , as pick work, jumper work saturated soil including bailing or pumping out water, blasting soft/hard rock or chiselling soft /hard rock where blasting is prohibited in all leads & lifts including timbering & dressing of sides levelling of beds to correct grade including shoring shuttering planking timbering and dewatering where ever required stacking usable/unusable material soil separately and after laying jointing and testing of pipes returning the usable soil in trenches in 15cm layers including consolidating of each deposited layer by ramming & watering & then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as directed with in all leads & lifts including restoration of unmetalled surfaces to its original condition & including cost of a diversion for traffic night signals,fixing caution boards crossing over trenches for access to houses fencing etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.
Laying,jointing & testing of screwed and socketted Galvanised Mild steel tube of approved make or of approved rate contract of DGS & D/HP Government conforming to BIS 1239-1990 ( Part-II)of following diameter including all tube fitting are required as per actual site of work with in all leads and lifts as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in Charge . ( Cost of earth work paidseparately )
