Taking down and dismantling the ceiling fan 1200 / 1400 mm and any capacity from site and removing its allied smaller parts for cleaning, servicing, oiling and lubricating and replacement of unserviceable parts such as bearings, bushes, etc and refixing the same fan in its original position with all the parts i.e. down rod, canopies, fan blades, spilt pins, screws, nuts and spring washers complete including, flexible chord of 24 / 0.20mm with necessary connector (for blade / body) as required after rewinding complete all as specified and directed. Note : Spares used and rewinding shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

Ditto all as per serial item No.1 above but exhaust fan 225 to 600 mm of any sweep, any capacity Note : Spares used and rewinding shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

Rewinding the Ceiling fan of any sweep using super enamelled copper conductor cable of suitable gauge including insulation, varnishing, packing, testing etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Ditto all as per serial item No. 4 above but for Exhaust fan 450 to 600 mm sweep

Preparing the old painted ceiling fans of any sweep and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed

Taking down the existing storage type water heater of any capacity of any type and size by disconnecting electric connection from ceiling rose, carring out necessary repair, painting, tinkering and welding etc. including cleaning of inner water tank, removing of hard water deposits and connected back and re-fixing in orignal position, grounting, testing and commissioning, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Spares used shall be measured and paid seperatly under relevant item.

Supply only heating element including rubber gasket / washer of capacity 2 KW complete all as specified and as directed. Make: VENUS, DITE, RACOLD, BAJAJ, POWERPACK.

Supply only PVC connecting pipe 18" long with brass adopters for cold water and connecting up with complete for 25 /35/ 50 ltrs capacity Geysers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chromium Plated hot water connection pipe 450mm long with brass adopters complete all as specified and as directed

Repair to 25 Ltr water heater/Gyser cell cover by cutting rusted sheet and replacening with new MS sheet of 18 guage by brazing or welding as required to match existing cell cover including testing for a 3 kg /sqcm pressure re-assembling and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink primer including preparation of old surface of vertical/horizontal type geysers of capacity 25 ltr by scraping with wire brush and emery paper including writing qter No, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair to 35-50 Ltr water heater/Gyser cell cover by cutting rusted sheet and replacening with new MS sheet of 18 guage by brazing or welding as required to match existing cell cover including testing for a 3 kg /sqcm pressure re-assembling applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of zink primer including preparation of old surface of vertical/horizontal type geysers of capacity 35-50 ltr by scraping with wire brush and emery paper including writimg qter No, complete all as specified and as directed.

In repairs, bottom covers (set of two halves) duly painted made out of Aluminium / MS sheet of 18 SWG suitable for 25/35/50 ltrs capacity Geysers including taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

In repairs, Base assembly complete with inlet, out let, thermostat pipes, drain plug and screws for fixing the element suitable for any make and capacity Geysers complete with nuts, bolts and rubber gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

In repairs, brass non return valve(check valve) 15mm bore with necessary GI specials including taking down existing unserviceable non return valve complete all as specified and as directed. Make: KIRTI / ZOLOTO/ SHAKTI/ TATA / JINDAL STEEL / PRAKASH
