Excavation in foundation, trenches etc. in earth work in all classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work, jumper blasting work, soft and hard blasting and saturated soil, de-watering, including wedging out rocks where blasting work is prohibited, chiseling or any other mixed variety of soil, including shoring, shuttering and pumping out water upto any depth or any quontam of water including slush which may be arise during de-watering removal of slush and stacking the serviceable and un-serviceable material clear from the edge of excavation as direction of Engineer-In-Charge and retuning the stacked soil in 15cm (Fifteen centimeter) layers, when required into plinths, sides of foundation etc; consolidating each deposited layer by ramming, watering and then disposing of all excavated earth including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level 1:4:8 (1 Cement isto 4 coarse sand) isto 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm (forty milimetres) nominal size) including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying 300X300 mm (three hundred into three hundred millimetre) antiskid Ceremic tile of Orient/RAK/Kajaria/Somany/Johnson/ Bell in flooring on 12mm (twelve millimetre) thick cement mortar 1:3 (one cement isto three sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete including carriage of material ,within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals, as per approved architectural drawing, design and specification as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge . The rate is inclusive of octroi, royality, malkhana, toll tax, sale tax, GST or any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceremic glazed wall tiles 300x300mm ( three hundred into three hundred ) of Kajaria / Johnson / Nitco / Orient / Bell / Somany / AGL conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm ( twelve milimetres) thick bed of cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 ( at the rate three decimal three) kilogram per square metres including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and fixing 19 mm ( Nineteen milimetre) thick Lakha Red or approved shade Polished Granite in flooring / work top as per pattern and detail and saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished , machine cut and similar location of required size , approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm ( twenty milimetre) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (one cement isto four coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing to edges to give high gloss finish etcetera complete, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of Asian / Dulax / Berger / Nerolac Suraksha paint of required shade old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm ( one decimal sixty seven litre per ten squaremetre) over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm ( two decimal twenty kilogram per ten squaremetre) , including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six Zero milimetres) thick prepainted steel sheet ISI marked - Z 120 of tata Durashine/ sail / reliance / jindal in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheet with top coat of regular modified polyster (RMP) organic coating of 20 (Twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating to back coat of polyster of 5 (five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks,bolts and nuts with prepainted limpet and rubber washers complete with all accessories as required including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. The rates inclusive of octori, royality, Malkhana, toll taxes, GST and any other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections of TATA/SAIL joists channels, angles, tees with connection plates or angles, cleat as in trusses, trussed purlins main and cross beams, hips jack rafters, purlins connected to common rafters and the like in building including cutting, fixing, lifting, hoisting and; placing in position complete and applying a coat of red lead paint including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing pre-painted steel sheet ridge (factory made) having proper Gola shape or hips of TATA Durashine / Reliance / Jindal Steel corrugation of steel sheet 60cm (sixty centimetre) over all with 0.60mm (zero decimal six zero millimetre) thick prepainted sheet in roofing with hot dipped metalic zinc coated sheets with top coat of regulat modified polyster organic coating of 20 (twenty) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating + back coating of polyster of 5 (Five) microns over 5 (Five) microns primer coating including fixing with prepainted iron J or L hooks, bolts and nuts 6mm (Six millimetre) dia prepainted bitumen washers etc. complete in all respect including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Providing and fixing 30cm (thirty centimeters) wide 25cm (twenty five centimeters) deep as per design and drawing 0.60mm (Zero decimal Six zero milimetres) thick plain G.I. sheet TATA Shakti for gutter with iron brackets 40x3mm (Forty into Three milimetres) size bolts and nuts and washers etcetera including making necessary connections with rain water pipe and providing complete accesories, including carriage of material, within all leads, lifts of materials and other incidentals as per approved drawing, design and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.
