Strengthening of existing pumping station and OHT at Palli under WSS Palli under Jal Jeevan Mission

Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding 1.5 min width as well as10 sqm on plan including disposal of excavated earth,lead upto 50 meterand lift upto 1.5m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge in all kinds of soils.

Earth work in excavation by manual means in trenches for foundation , drains , pipes cables etc (not exceeding 1.5 mtr in width) and for shafts wells, cesspits and the like not exceeding 10 sqm on plan, including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms lift upto1.5 m, including getting out excavated earth and disposal of surplus earth as directed in all kinds of soils.

Dismentling Concrete paver blocks laid dry over sand including stacking the severciable material and disposal of unserveciable material within 50mts and levelling and relaying concrete paver blocks including providing of extra paver blocks of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over 50mm thick compacted bed of sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cuttingof paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand complete all as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. 80 mm thick C.C. paver block of M-30 grade with approvedcolor design and pattern.of tiles as per the instruction of site Engineer

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade mix conc. in 1:4:8 stone aggregates 40 mm nominal size in crushed stone. All work upto the plinth level and excluding the cost of centring and shuttering.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade including curing but excluding the cost of centering and shuttering. All work upto plinth level in 1:3:6 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) (using crushed stone agg.)

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth including curing in: Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement: 6 coarse sand)

Extra for Brick work with common burnt clay bricks/cement concrete bricks in superstructure above plinth level upto floor five level

Half brick masonry with bricks of class designation 75 in foundation and plinth in cement mortar 1:4

Extra for half brick masonry in super structure above plinth level upto floor V level

12mm thick Cement plaster or rough side of single or half brick wall of mix : 1:4 ( 1 cement : 4 coarse sand)

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form work foundation, footing, base for columns.

Steel work welded in built up sections/framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required. In gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of approved brand and manufacturing to give an even shade

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work

Providing and fixing on wall for unplastcised rigid PVC rain water pipes including jointing with seal ring 75mm dia.

Providing and fixing double scaffolding system (cup lock type) on the exterior side, up to seven storey height made with 40 mm dia M.S. tube1.5 m centre to centre horizontal and vertical tubes joining with cup andlock system with M.S. tubes, M.S. tube challies, M.S. clamps and M.S.staircase system in the scaffoldings for working platform etc. and maintaining it in a serviceable condition for the required duration as approved and removing it thereafter. The scaffolding system shall bestiffened with bracings, runners, connection with the building etc.wherever required for inspection of work at required locations with essential safety features for the workmen etc complete as per directionsand approval of Engineer-in-charge. The elevational area of thescaffolding shall be measured for payment purpose. The payment will be made once irrespective of duration of scaffolding. NOTE:- To be used for maintenance work judicially necessary deduction for scaffolding in the existing item to be done

Carriage of Sand by Mechanical Transport from source (to be identified by engineer in charge) to site of work including cost for loading and unloading.for an av. distance of 30 km

Carriage of stone aggregiate (Crushed) upto 20 mm by Mechanical Transport from source (to be identified by engineer in charge) to site of work including cost for loading and unloading.for an av. distance of 10 km.

Carriage of Brick from source by mechanical Transport (to be identified by engineer in charge) to site of work including cost for loading and unloading.for an av. distance of 15 km.

Providing and fitting concealed internal Electrification of room including 2 Nos LED lights, Fuse box 1 No, 2 no 15 Amp sockets with switch, of approved brand and 02 nos LED security lights 30 watts, Main switch with complete wiring, with MS bracket for pole mounting complete including service line up to a length of 10 meters.

Letter,writing and painting on walls of Pump room, sump depecting and OHT depcting Capacity , name of water supply scheme and logo of Jal Jeevan mission in colour and other paramaters as per directions of engineer in charge.
