Earth work in Ordinary of soil within 50m initiaol lead and 1.5m initial lift including rough dressing and breaking clods to maximum 5cm to 7cm and laying in layers no exceeding 0.3m in depth and as per direction of the Engineer-in -charge.

Filling in foundation and plinth with sand watered and rammed including cost, lead & royality of sand etc complete to work site for 100 cum.

Cement Concrete in (1:4:8) with 40mm size HG Hand Broken Metal including all cost materials labour,convyance , royality tools ans plants water for curing etc. all complete as per O.P.W.D. specification required for the work to finished items of work.

Brick work with Fly Ash bricks 25cm x 12cm x 8cm size having crusing strength not less then 75Kg/cm2 in cement mortar (1:6) in foundation & plinth per cum. (Below Supper Structure)

RCC Work of M-25 Grade with 20mm And Down Grade Black hard granite (Crusher Broken) stone chips including hosting and laying

RCC beam, column, grider & bressmer etc.

RCC floor & roof slabs, landings, balconies, projecting, sun shade, R.B work, slab for culverts/drains & bridges

Cutting , bending , binding of MS rod in placing in position including cost of binding wire.

12mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site per 1sqm

16mm thick cement plaster (1:6) on brick work including all cost conveyance royalty & taxes etc. comp. to work site per 1sqm

Priming one coat with any approved primer including cost primer & labour T&P etc complete. (ON PLASTER SURFACE).

Finishing wall with weather coat two coats including cost of weather coat all labour RT&P etc complete.

Distempering Two coat to walls with distemper of approved shade on old work to give an even shade excluding cost of distemper per sqm (data for 10 sqm)

Supplying fitting and fixing vitrified tile in floors of size 600mm x 600m of approved make confirming to US 13755 laid on 20mm thick CM(1:4) and filling joints with white cement of approved quality including cost of all materials labour T&P etc required for the work all complete.

Labour for fixing G.C.I. Sheets in roof drilling holes in wind ties including fixing of ridges valleys, wind ties & cost of GCI sheet etc. complete.

2.5 cm thick A.S flooring with C.C (1:2:4) including punning & using 12mm size HG chips with all cost conveyance royalty and taxes etc comp.

2.5 cm thick grading concrete (1:2:2) on roof slab with 6mm size HG chips including all cost, conveyance, royalty & taxes etc.comp.to work site for new work as per the specification approved by the department & direction of E.I.C (data per 1sqm)
