Providing and laying in position cement conc. Of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering all work up to plinth level (1:3:6) (1: cement:3 coarse sand:6 graded stone agg. 20 mm nominal size)

Supply and pacing of stones in Plumb Conc.

Brickwork with bricks of class designation 75 above plinth level up to floor level in cement mortar (1:6)mix.

Centering and Shuttering of Ordinary Timber

Providing /laying R.C.C in (1:2:4) mix with 20mm nominal size crushed stones aggregates excluding centering and Shuttering.

Reinforcement for RCC works including cutting, bending, binding and placing etc all complete.

Providing and laying 1:2:4 mix flooring with the floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry with 20mm nominal size crushed stone agg.50mm thick.

15mm Cement plaster on the rough side or hall brick wall of mix 1cement:6 coarse sand
