The rates quoted by the tenderer shall deemed to be inclusive for the following provisions in addition to the other conditions specified in the tender documents. No claim whatsoever shall be entertained at a later date on this account:- [i] The repairs shall be done by skilled workmen in the relevant field to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge. The contractor shall engage sufficient manpower for the entire period so that progress of work shall not be hampered due to non availability of labour at any time. [ii] The contractor on getting information through Site order / Works diary regarding the nature of repair to be carried out, he shall immediately respond to the same and make all out efforts to carry out the same on priority within 48 hours. In case of any delay in responding / attending the repairs within 48 hours, the GE may at his absolute discretion impose penalty on the contractor at Rs. 100/- per day per each work ordered upto 05(Five) days and Rs. 200/- per day thereafter till completion of the work in case of delay without valid reasons as decided by GE. [iii] Further, the above penalty is applicable even for the multiple locations of work at the same period. It is the responsibility of contractor to make suitable arrangements for attending the repairs simultaneously at all the places. [iv] The decision of the GE as to whether a particular repair has been attended or not on a particular day will be final and binding. The above penalty shall be in addition to the provisions made in clause 50 of IAFW-2249 i.e (Compensation for delay in completion of work).

M & L for 2nd class hardwood 35mm thick, factory made plain, framed, panelled shutters (two panels), with lock rail and panel of 9mm BWP commercial ply or 12mm veneered particle board with commercial veneering on both faces, the size of rail and stile as per IS:1003 (Part-I), kiln seasoned and chemically presure treated fitted to chowkats complete all as directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood 35mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. (without sash bars), edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 2nd class hard wood 30mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass, gauze, etc. divided into squares, with plain, chamfered or rounded, mitred and rebated sash bars any numbers, edges of framing plain, chamfered or rounded, fitted with cut and mitred beads for securing glass, gauge, etc. complete all as directed.

M & L for 40mm thick Flush shutters, solid core construction, with block board core and plywood face panels, commercial type on both sides complete all as specified and directed.

S & F solid PVC Door frame of size 50mm x 47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS Square tube, supplying & fixing in opening as specified complete all as directed.

S & F Factory made solid panel PVC door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of MS tubes for top & bottom rails, MS frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC 'C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width stuck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet to be fitted in the MS frame welded / sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and jointed together with solvent cement, supplying & fixing in the frame at site as specified and as directed.

S & F Factory made PVC Ventilator made out of multi chamber PVC hollow section DWUF 405 [40x46mm] with 3mm pin headed glass fixed to the lower section using extruded PVC section of 9 X 19.5mm size OL19 with EPDM gasket [SPL 003] for both PVC sections, ventilator's centre mullion shall be made up of multi chamber hollow PVC section DWUF-406 [63.5mmX40mm] with EPDM gasket GL-19 and fixed to the 3 sides of DWUF-405 and DWUF 406 [63.5X40mm] above the centre mullion, Glass panels with aluminium lower set shall be fixed to the frame DWUF-405 on the top of the ventilator for the glass, fixed with 4mm thick pin headed glass louvers and covered with 0.36mm dia and 1.4mm aperture stainless steel wire mesh at top portion including necessary PVC beading with screws and 3 Nos 12mm dia MS guard bars fixed in ventilator frame including two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to MS guard bars complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

S & F factory made UPVC white coloured sliding window Two track made of extruded profiles with wall thickness of 2.3mm (+ 0.2mm). Window profile with hallow section with multi chamber, frame 88mmx52mm, Sliding sash 42mmx67mm sliding mesh sash 42mmx57mm sliding interlock (one vertical length in each shutter) 45.5mmx28mm glazing bend (24.5mmx16mm) will be mitred cut and fusion welded at all corners including drilling of holes for fixing hardware and drainage of water, etc, making arrangement for fixing of hardware, EPDM gasket 1.2mm+0.2mm thick galvanised steel frame (30mmx18mm) 2 Nos sliding sash (30mmx18mm) sliding mesh sash 26mmx10mm. Profile to be inserted in required profile, frame will be fixed to the wall with 8mmx100mm long fasteners.
