Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to store carefully etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing ceiling fans complete with blades, down rods, remote control regulator and accessories, 230 V, 1200 mm sweep. Min air delivery 210 CFM with service value 6.00 BEE. Five star rated with brushless direct current motor (BLDC) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and install split Air conditioning unit (White), inverter type with split units indoor/outdoor with insulated copper tubing, Copper condenser coil, precision cooling technology, dual rotor inverter technology, R32 / R22/R410 or any other eco freindly refrigerant, Brushless DC motor, 6-in-1 Convertible Cooling, auto clean, Magic Display ecofriendly refrigerent, copper wound rotary compressor complete with cordless remote control unit, Stand for outdoor unit and dust filter for better indoor air quality 5 star rating SEER 4.51 and of capacity 1.5 Ton as comprising of the following:- (a) 1.5 Ton capacity using Eco friendly refrigernt cooling unit wall mounting type complete with remote control draining out arrangement manually adjustable cover for cool air from front with and inter connection with the condensing unit etc complete all as specified and directed (b) One No condensing unit of 1.5 Ton capacity comprising of all fitting such as single phase electric driven compressor, condensing fan motor, condensor with fixing of stand on wall and all necessary controls and accessories complete all as specified and directed Note :- (i) Aditional length for copper tubing if required at site shall be supply and fix by the contractor without any extra cost. (ii) rate for filling of hole with white cement/POP included in item rate.

Supply and fixing single pole and neutral enclosure with 2 pin earth industrial plug and socket complete with one MCP SP 25 Amps as in replacement complete all as specified and directed

M & L for sub main wiring using with FRLS cable two single core 4 Sqmm fire retardant PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with copper conductor 1100 volts grade ISI marked drawing in and including PVC Casing Caping / PVC Conduit or in existing concealed conduit (as required & directed by Engr-in-Charge) accessories like bends, tee, etc fix on wall and ceiling and connecting to earth dolly and including 4 Sqmm earth wire, PVC insulated & unsheathed complete all as specified and directed. Note: (i) Two runs of 4 sqmm and one run of 4 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit shall be measured as one RM. (ii) Necessary plastering in the disturbed surface of wall and distempering /white washing to match the existing colour shall be included in the unit rate quoted .
