REPAIR TO LEAKAGE/ SEEPAGE AND TANK CLEANING IN MD ACCN AND OTM OF AOR OF AGE B/R-II OF GE (ARMY) No.1 JODHPUR

Dismantling existing stone patti /brick tiles / PCC terracing tiles single layer of any thickness & any description laid on roof and pointed with cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) of any description and any thickness as in roof padding at height upto 12 Mtrs including removal of debris to out side MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L For PCC Padding to roof Slope and laying with PCC (1:2:4) type B0 (12.5mm graded stone agg) to cover on undulation on roof surfaces, using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed.

M&L rendering in CM 1:4 of 15 mm thick as on roof surfaces and parapet or verticle beam surface (horizontal or vertical) of finish even and smooth including mixed with WPC as per manufacture instruction complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) WPC shall be measured & paid separately

Supply only water proofing compound ISI marked IS 2645 - 2003

S&F in replacement 10 litres capacity PVC valveless syphonic action type low level flushing cistern white with inlet, ball valve, float, handle including brackets etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0, using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregates as in bands, bedding, benching using WPC as per manufacturer's instruction along side wall adjoining to roof in concave shape complete all as specified and directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately.

M&L for 100 thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in water tank plateform over roof top finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene in white colour, ISI marked three layered, water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position, inclding taking down existing water tank with all fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 1000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene in white colour, ISI marked three layered, water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position complete inclding taking down existing water tank with all fittings all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ball valve high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated aluminium rod & high density plastic ball screwed for iron pipe of size 20mm bore ( weight 210 gms Minimum) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F PVC Tank cover/lid for 500/1000 Ltrs tank complete fixed to water tank of any height or in any position complete all s specified and directed.

S&F or laying of 20mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking down of old GI Pipe complete all as specified and as directed

S&F or laying of 25mm outer dia CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors including taking down of old GI Pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks of any capacity, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair 20 mm bore Gun metal globe or Gate valve with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 15 mm bore Gun metal globe or Gate valve with iron wheel head , screwed both ends for iron pipe or for unions complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning and removing all scale and dirt, etc., from existing serviceable PVC tanks (OHT) of capacity upto 500 litre, disconnecting or lowering, taking out mud from tank after proper drain out the water (manually or mechanically) including from mouths of circulating pipes etc. after cleaning checking all inlet and out let connections and tightening the same as required, lid of tank refix properly, complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) fittings type -B such as bends, tee, shoe etc; fixed to PVC pipes, compete all as specified and as directed.

S&F 75 mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe type -B single socketed in any length with rubber ring joint fixed to walls with projrcted MS clamps of size 25x03mm at 1.2 mtr interval, and making good in cm 1:3 at opening including Taking down old AC eaves gutters and rainwater pipes (anysize and pettern), including all fittings, compete all as specified and as directed.

Racking out joints/pointing to Square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular coursed built in cement mortar compete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Keyed pointing to square rubble masonry Jodhpur type regular course in CM 1:3 all as specified.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick wall etc including racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering / plastering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on any face of stone walls or concrete surfaces (external surface), finished even and smooth without using extra cement, at height upto 10mtrs incl necessary scaffolding complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L Preparation of new plastered or un-plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint over & including M&L single coat of chalk white complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated wall surfaces plastered or unplastered, by brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil & greasy spots, including cornices etc and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick machine cut Sand stone slabs as in roof slabs, chajjas, shelves, cills, landings, roof etc, n exc. 2m in length, punched dressed on face and along exposed edges, self faced on other side and set and pointed in cement mortar 1:4, complete complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully cement concrete/ spalled out concrete from RCC roof projections,Ceilings,Sunshades of beams etc upto cover depth by chipping out lightly including necessary scaffolding at height up to 7.5 mtr etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for cleaning, sweeping out loose materials from the existing reinforcement of slabs chajjas etc & applying a coat of SIKA RUSTOFF 11 or equivalent of pidilite,fosroc,Thermax etc to remove rust particles etc throughly cleaning the surface complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for applying a coat of bond coat made with cement slurry (1part cement to 1.5-2parts water) mixed with admixture LATEX POWER mixed @ 5 Kg per 50kg of cement & applying to the concrete surfaces @200gm/sqm to obtain tack complete all as specified and as directed..

M&L for 15-20mm thick rendering in CM 1:1:2 using 1 part cement to 1part 2-3mm screenings of stone agg & 2 parts coarse sand over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE admixture equivalent of pidilite, fosroc, Thermax etc @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & rough to recieve final rendering coat complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 10-15mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 over the bond coat applied surfeces with cement mixed SIKA PLASTOCRETE SUPER admixture @100gm/50kg of cement & finishing the surfaces even & smooth complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 30 mm thick guniting in patches on to the required area on RCC columns, beams, stairs, lintels, retaining walls, sunshades, roofing slab etc. of all sizes and shapes at any heights from existing ground floor and at any locations with cement and mortar 1:2 (1 cement : 2 sand) under 2 to 2.8 Kg/Cm2 pressure after removing the damaged loose spalt concrete as specified here in before and applying one coat of rust convertor/kp-100 equivalent grade over reinforcement wherever necessary providing and tying in position 25mmx25mmx12 gauge dia wire MS welded mesh or smaller size over treated surface ready to receive grouts, curing for 10 days etc,loose spalt concrete portions by chipping, removal of dust over treated surface and applying 5mm to 10mm thick plastering in CM 1:4 to match existing surfaces and finished even and smooth including curing for 10 days etc, and removing the debris low lying areas and leveling complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for Repair to sunken floor with 15 mm thick plastering in CM 1:3 of internal surface with WPC than painting with bitumen grade VG 30/ 40 over a coat of bitumen primer putting 50 micron polythene than filling with PCC 1:5:10 type E-1 using 40mm graded stone aggregate and inserting 600x50 mm bore GI water pipe Medium grade spout including demolition and removing of existing filling in sunken floor wc/ bath/ kitchen and complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling, floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 25mm thick cement concrete type B-0 1:2:4 as in subbase of floor tiles (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non Skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick square or rectangular area of each tile exceeding 0.09 sqm but not exceeding 0.12 sqm, as in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 15 mm thick bedding layer (screed) in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 300mmx450mm/300mmX 600mm, 7mm to 8mm thick, as in vertical surface set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile including necessary cutting as per site requirement, tiles laid over and including 10 mm thick (Av thickness) bedding layer (rendering) in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F as in repairs of vitreous china clay water closet squatting pan ORISSA Pattern size 580x 440 mm white with integral foot rest incl 'P' or 'S' traps, flush pipe of 32mm dia HDPE pipe etc all as specified & directed.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern, EWC) P Trap white clour (excluding flushing cistern) including connection to drain, 32mm dia. flush pipe etc., including plastic water closet seat with cover (white clour) closed pattern with flat bottom and mild steel chromium plated or aluminised hinging device including stainless steel chromium plated jet spray /health faucet with 01 mtr long PVC pipe with CP connector and necessary nut bolts and with necessary CP screws an

d plug for fixing WC complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement stop valve/angle valve cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type screwed down high pressure with crutch or butterfly handle, screwed both ends suitable for 15mm bore iron pipe complete, all as specified & directed. Note :- The minimum weight of stop valve/stop cock/angle valve shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

S&F in replacement bib tap long body cast copper alloy, chromium plated fancy type, with crutch or butterfly handle with capstan head, screwed down, screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule 15mm bore complete all as specified & directed. Note :- The minimum weight shall be as given in SSR or in relevant IS.

M&L for cutting holes into or through brick wall built in cement mortor and making good in PCC 1:2:4 B-1 as required super facial area not exceeding 150 Sqcm for fixing of brackets for wash basin and sink complete all as specified & directed. .

S&F in repairs CI floor/nahani traps 100x75mm dia outlet including making good disturbed surfaces to match with existing finish, laying of PCC 1:2:4 using 12.5 mm graded aggregate with WPC @ 3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed. Note : Cost of WPC shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by tender for the above item.

M&L for carrying roof treatment infollowing stages:- Applying neat cement slurry @ 3.00 kg/Sqm and screeding / bedding layer of 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions over the RCC roof slab for laying of water proofing treatment including providing the following stage as roof treatment complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge : - (a) FIRST COURSE: Applying a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.4 litre / Sqm manufactured by the same agency that of APP with a density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/litre at 25 degree celsius on prepared plastered surfaces. (b) SECOND COURSE: Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen conforming to IS-702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm (c) THIRD COURSE : Provide a layer of APP modified polymeric membrane centre core of 100mm micron HMHDPE, outer film 20 micron each, thickness 3.00mm having weight not less than 2.25 Kg/Sqm using butane torch application method with minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap complete . (d) FOURTH COURSE : Applying one coat of bonding material using blown type bitumen confirming to IS- 702 grade 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. NOTE :- 1. A Information Tablet will be put up in the front side wall of the buildings where this work will be done. All building/structure shall be provided with plaque (tablet) furnishing the information as per PS clause No. 21.3, in plaster engraving in and painted as directed by GE 2.WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.
