Supply of indoor type automatic/ servo voltage controller three phase 50Hz, oil cooled of 630 KVA 3 phase 4 Wire unbalanced type for automatic controlling regulating of voltage comprising of auto transformer, buck and booster transformer (Copper wound with new filtered & dehydrated transformer oil ISI 335) servo motor and controlled solid state central circuit (Suitable for supply from DG sets also). The servo manufacturer must be ISO 9001, certified company, other fittings and accessories as under voltmeter (0-300V) to read input/output voltage per phase, mains/low high limit indicators manual increase/ decrease push switch, auto/manual mode control switch and output adjustment suitable for both unbalanced and balanced load with input voltage three phase from 340 to 480 V and output voltage three phase 415 +/-1% and with the following specifications all as specified and as directed:- (a) Electronic Control Unit (b) Single phase preventor (c) Overload Cut off and short circuit protection with ACB 1000 Amp 4 pole micro processor release. Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 240 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, laying and testing XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed, FRLS, armoured heavy duty underground cable, ISI marked with aluminium stranded conductor 1100 Volt grade of size 3.5 Core, 400 Sq.mm cross section suitable for earthed system, laying in trenches / duct / fixed to poles / drawn through pipes / sleeving through pipe in duct, including suitable size Double compression copper stainless steel cable gland, crimping type cable lugs, sockets etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Dry River Sand cushioning over and around the cable for cable protection in trenches, levelled and punned down complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The punned down thickness shall be measured for payment.

Supply and lay Bricks, Common Burnt, Clay Building Bricks, Sub–Class "B", Designation 75 in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying GI pipe, 50mm dia, Light grade for cable protection at road crossing etc. or fixing on wall / poles of any type, secured with clamps complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting Bituminous Road / Hardstanding etc. as required for Jointing / Laying Cables and Pipeline of width not exceeding 300mm and depth not exceeding 600mm and refilling after laying and making good with PCC 1:2:4, Type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 100mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Boring of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machinery including HDPE Pipe, 150mm bore, 0.4 Mpa working pressure complete all specified and as directed. Note: The horizontal directional drilling machine boring shall be minimum shot length of 100m horizontal length in a single span and depth shall not be less than 1.20m. The unit rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive for earth work as required at site for boring at starting and termination ends complete all as directed.

M & L for preparation of surfaces, brushing neat cement slurry with 3 KG of cement per Sq.m, rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement including mixing of water proofing compound of approved make as per manufacturers instructions for levelling the surface smooth to receive the water proofing membrane, priming the surface with a coat of cold applied bituminous primer @ 0.50 KG per Sq.m, applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m, laying Polymeric water proofing membrane of weight not less than 3.00 Kg per Sq.m reinforced with polyester non-woven fabric of weight not less than 150 Grams per Sq.m, by torch application with side over lap of 100mm & end over lap of 150mm & tucked into the chases on vertical surfaces by thermo fusion including applying a coat of Blown Bitumen of grade 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg per Sq.m and finished with a coat of bituminous aluminium paint @ 100 grams per Sq.m on top for water proofing treatment complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for 75mm thick, PCC 1:3:6, Type C-1, using 20mm graded aggregate as in Plinth protection etc surface finished even and smooth with out using extra cement and providing necessary joints 12mm wide to the full depth of PCC at every 3 meters and every change of directions and the joints duly filled with mastic filling comprising of 01 Part of heated bitumen blown grade any penetration and 3 parts of sand [all by weight] complete all as specified and as directed.
