Taking down carefully alluminium / copper point wiring complete for light, fan, socket or power point etc with fittings fixtures such as ceiling rose, holders, electric fittings, switchs, sockets, aluminium conductor cable with and incl wooden batten or FR PVC conduit and its accessories such as wooden gutties, rawl plugs, GI screws, aluminium clips, nails etc complete and removing the material from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall / floor/ ceiling etc as original i.e. brick work, plastering, white washing, OBD etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully UNSV main switch and DB's including MCBs of any size make, type and capacity and depositing at site as directed.

M&L for point wiring (Concealed modular) complete for one light point / fan point / exhaust fan point / bell point controlled by one 1-way switch / bell push, with 1.5 Sq mm (nominal area) FRLS PVC insulated un-sheathed and stranded copper conductor cable ISI marked and PVC concealed conduit ISI marked of size 20 mm dia medium grade and PVC conduit fittings such as tees, bends, elbow, reducers with and including FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed 1.5 Sqmm copper earth wire, connecting to common earth dolly with and incl Metal flush box of suitable size for fixing modular switches / sockets etc and making good surface by wall panelling etc, complete all as directed. Attending electric complaints for any type of COVID wards at MH area, to check the existing electrical items / points for serviceability of continuous electric supply, rectifying No light complaints including carrying out minor repairs / replacement etc as required to make the item functional and replacement of small pieces of wire, screw, refixing of hanging wires / Light fittings / ceiling fans / exhaust fans, DBs and switch boards etc complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Any other replacement of major items shall be measured & paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (ii) Electrician will ensure to wear complete PP Kit before enter into a COVID ward and use sanitizer regularly. (iii) Contractor will deploy one electrician with helper (keeping necessary electric tools & safety equipments) to attend electric complaints into various COVID wards (Like Family ward, Officers ward, JCOs/OR ward, OT, Lab, etc.,) at MH Jodhpur. (iv) In case Contractor fails to deploy electrician for any complaint, penalty @ Rs. 500/- per complaint shall be recovered from the Contractor
