Supply & installation of 100feet / 30.5Mtr Flag mast. Mast shaft shall be in five sections, hot dip galvanised and suitable for wind velocity 180KM/HR. The shaft shall be PU painted with a coating of etch primer, primer and PU paint etc. complete as required as per the tender specifications, terms & conditions.. (a)Supply & fixing of system for Raising Lowering of Flag. It shall have Double Drum Winch, 6 mm dia galvanised wire rope and integral power tool for the raising and lowering of Flag. Suitable control panel shall be provided for reversing operation of Power tool motor. Also includes LED aviation system with 3C x 2.5 Sqmm Cu armoured cable. (b)Supply & fixing of two nos. National tri color Flag size 20 feet x 30 feet in 100% Knitted Polyester (min. 140 gsm), with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/toggle sleeve. (c )Supply & fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers, anchor plates and templates. (d) Supply & fixing of LED Aviation obstruction light.. (e ) Supply & fixing of LED Floodlight type with 02 nos 350W (IP-65) including wiring and necessary cabling from its control panel etc. (f) Supply & Erection of 5M high hot dip galvanised Octagonal Pole with special bracket suitable to mount 01 nos. flood light fitting at top. (g) Supply & fixing of foundation bolts manufactured from special steel along with nuts, washers etc. (For 5M Pole) (h) Providing of two nos. GI plate earthing & connecting same to the flag mast. (h) RCC work of circular type pavement with necessary tiling work etc. complete as required as per the tender specifications, terms & conditions.

Supply of 3.5 x 25 Sqmm. of 1.1 KV grade, Armoured XLPE insulated PVC sheathed Aluminium conductor cable onfirming to IS: 7098 Part-I amended up to date.

Supply of 3 Core X 6 Sq mm Copper conductor FRLS insulated, PVC sheathed, Un-armoured power cable of 1.1 KV grade PVC insulated, (flexible) industrial cable, 1100 Volts conforming IS: 694:1990 etc. complete as required amended up to date.

Supply of National flag of size 20Ft X 30Ft in 100% knitted Polyester (140gsm), with reinforced super-strong nylon webbing on all 3 sides & rope/togg.

SITC of 2KVA online UPS system suitable for operation on 240 Volts, 50 Hz , single phase AC supply having single phase, 50 Hz, 240 Volts, AC output & THD less than 10% including SMF Battery Bank with back-up of Minimum 30 Minutes on full load, suitable Battery Rack etc. complete as required as per tender specifications, terms & conditions.

Design fabrication & SITC of dust & vermin proof, double door, outdoor type, powder coated of approved shade, floor mounted, feeder panel made of 2mm thick CRCA sheet, and of size 1500mm (L) x 1050 mm ( W) x 400 mm (D) & confirming to IP 54 with 4 strip copper bus bar suitable for 63 amps capacity & having hinged lockable doors on the front side of panel, earth terminals etc, as required & having dequate spare space to accommodate above said 2 KVA UPS along with its batteries including supply and fixing of following electrical switchgears, interconnection of switchgears with suitable size of single core copper cable, control wiring, painting, suitable MS base channel i/c. The LT Panel is PTTA type.

Supply of 20 - 100 Ampère 415 Volt Three phase four wire, LCD AC Watthour Meters with efficiency/ margin of error.

Supply of 10-60 Ampère 240 Volt single phase two wire AC Watthour Meters with efficiency/ margin of error.

Supply of Gyesers of 25 Liters capacity suitable for operation on single phase 230 Volt AC supply complete as required.

Supply of LED Tube Light T8 having rating of 20 Watt, suitable for operation on 230 Volt, 50 HZ, AC supply of Single Phase as per approved / preferred make list.

Supplying and laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (75 cm below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc. , complete as required.

Laying and fixing of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of Upto 35 sq. mm (clamped with 1mm thick saddle) on wall surface as required.

Supplying and making end termination with heavy duty type brass single compression gland and aluminium lugs for following size of XLPE insulated aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 kV grade as required. For size of 3.5 x 25 Sqmm

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 3.5 CORE x 25 sq.mm. size of PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade as required.

Providing, laying and fixing of 100 mm dia G.I. pipe (medium class) in ground complete with G.I. fittings including trenching (75 cm deep) and re-filling etc as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 metre long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Supplying and laying 25 mm X 5 mm G.I strip at 0.50 metre below ground as strip earth electrode, including connection/ terminating with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer etc. as required. (Jointing shall be done by overlapping and with 2 sets of G.I. nut bolt & spring washer spaced at 50mm)

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing & fixing 25 mm x 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 160 A , 16 KA rating and breaking capacity MCCB with thermomagnetic release and terminal spreaders in existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel, making connections, etc. as required
