Disamntling RCC post or struts any section, including taking out embedded portion in concrete and making good disturbed ground including cleaning and cutting of grass, shrubs, bushes, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 Cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 25 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished the surfaces even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 75 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in Flooring, finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 100 mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub-base of flooring, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10mm thick, Hi Traffic Tiles, 600x600mm size, coloured, premium qualtity, heavy duty tiles for outdoor, polished, in floors, path, hardstanding etc set in neat cement slurry and 3mm wide joints shall be maintained with spacers which has to be filled with epoxy grout using masking tape and the masking tap has to be removed after filling the epoxy grout including 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortor 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Sand filling under floors or in foundations including spreading, levelling, watering and consolidation complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 80 mm thickness, M-40 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Machine pressed precast conctete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigment complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link fencing made out of 3.10 mm dia galvanised iron wire, made up into mattress or cages of any size, straining and fixing to post complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing made of 5.5mm dia wire with and including PVC coating of 1.3mm thickness and any mesh size complete all as specified and directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed

M & L for mild steel round bar 10mm dia and over cut into length, bend to shape required including cranking bending spirally for hoping as in tie bar for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Mild steel screw bolts of 05 to 12 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Mild Steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embeding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 ® complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for framed work such as grills,gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops,hand-made sliding bolts, etc and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for one coat of black bituminous paint on structural steel,iron surfaces embading on brick or concrete surface etc exc 10 cm width or girth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide, zine chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron surfaces of any description, n.exc 10 cm width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair Galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repairs,1050 mm dia punched tape concertina coil made from High Tensile Spring Steel, High Carbon Wire Conforming to IS 4454 {Part-I] of Grade- SM duly Hot dipped Galvanised and punched tape material as per IS-513 having 50 Nos rounds per 6 m length [before stretching], having medium barbs [Barb length: 24+ 1 mm, Pitch between two barbs 35+ 1mm ), Spring core Wire (2.5mm thick) of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ Sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 Grams/Metre and fixing to 'Y' or Trapezoidal shaped angle iron brackets placed at 2.00m to 3.00m apart and with 6/9 horizontal RBT [Reinforced Barbed Tape] wire, stud tied with GI staples and GI clips to retain horizontal including necessary bolts and coating with PxCompound [Anti Rust] complete all as specified and directed (Note : Horizntal barbed wire and angle iron supports shall be measured and paid seperately under relevant items of BOQ. After stretching the coil, the length of the compound wall on which it has been stretched shall be considered for measurement.)

Supply and fixing 40 mm thick Precast RCC Jali 1:2:4 , type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded aggregate ) and set in cement mortar 1:4 including dismantling old RCC Jali complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc stacking the serviceable bricks after removing mortar and cleaning for re-use and disposal of debris and rubbish outside MD land as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Brick work with fly ash brick, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in cement mortar 1:6 using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 as in half brick thick walls using old size brick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Walling of random rubble, uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per serial item No. 30 above but except stone complete ditto. (Note: Old serviceable stones as obtained from serial item No. 27 above shall be re-used under this item after cleaning etc)

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses, Hammer dressing with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface of lime or trap stone n exc 20mm complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, and finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6 and finished the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new platered surface of wall and applying two coats of weather proof exterior grade acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of acrylic water based exterior grade primer including all necessary scaffolding,complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Painting work shall be carried out acoording to Smart Painting procedure mentioned in PS

M & L for plain cement concrete (1:2:4), type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F 75 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil, waste and vent pipes, single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete, etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1.5:3, Type A-1 (Nominal Mix) (Using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in beams, cantilevers, lintels over 1.5m span complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab (For manhole,drain etc), chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces and set in cement mortar 1:4 including necessary form, moulds, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. (Note : Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately)

M & L for use & waste Formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beam haunchings, girders, bressummers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports, overhangs, etc. also splays between floors and beams, etcetc complete all as specified and directed.

S & F high strength corrosion resistant TMT steel bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bend to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness, (Below or above Ground level) and disposal of debris and rubbish to a distance upto outside MD land complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel, drains etc complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished to concrete surface of drain 30cm inner girth in cement including forms, mould, mitred/stopped etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Add or deduct for each 25mm girth or part thereof over or under 30cm including form mould, mitred/stopped etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning/de-silting of lose mud, rubish etc from covered drain bed after removing and re-placing in its existing poistion of covers including uprooting of vegetation growth thoroughly and wire brushing including flushing with water so as to achieve smoth flow of water in drain of bed width upto 60 cm (soil mud upto 10cm depth) and removing rubish outside MD land and depositing in low laying area complete directed by the Engr-in-Charge.
