Supply and fixing ceiling Fan 5 star rating complete with blades,down rod ,electronic regulator ( modular) and acessories ,230 volts ,1200 mm sweep ,minimum air delivery 210 CFM with service value 5.00 BEE ,with Brushless direct current motor (BLDC). including providing elctric connectin to fan with Flexible copper wire 23/.0076 complete in all respect as per specification.Make: Cromton, Havells, Usha, Almonard. Note : The quoted rate shall include for taking down old/ unserviceable ceiling fan 1200 mm/1400 mm and depositing it to MES E/M storeyard.

Supply and fixing Water heater (Geyser) storage type, electric,capacity 25 litres five star rating AC SP 230 volts, 50 Hz, vertical mount type, shockproof and rustproof metal body, stainless steel inner container, high efficiency heating element, autocut thermostat, pressure release safety system, fire retardent cable with 3 pin plug top, white colour including fixing accessories like fastensers, nuts, washers and giving electric connection complete all as specified and directed. Make:- Havells/Crompton /Jaquar Note : The quoted rate shall include for taking down old/ unserviceable water heater 25 ltr capacity and depositing it to MES E/M storeyard.

S & F sub main wiring with 2 x 4 Sqmm + 1x4 Sqmm ( For Geyser Sub Main ) 2 run PVC insulated unsheathed FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade, with multi stranded copper conductor drawing in existing Concealed conduit including one run PVC insulated unsheathed cable 4 Sqmm multi stranded copper conductor as a earth continuity and connected upto DB of following sizes including taking down old unsv submain wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:Two run of single core PVC cable with one run of earth conductor & condiut shall be measured as one unit.

S & F sheet metal enclosure, single pole and neutral with two pin and earth plug and socket with and including one single pole MCB 20 Amps, , complying to IS/IEC 60898, 240 volts 'C' Curve 10 KA with energy limiting class 3. The MCB shall have 50% lower watt loss as required by IS/IEC 60898 from 6A to 63A . The mcb shall have the unique property of di-electric strength, arc resistance, insulation, flame retardancy and temperature resistance, including connection with suitable size copper lugs, The MCB shall give visible flag indication when MCB trips on Short Circuit Fault. The MCB shall have safety shutter to avoid any wrong insertion of cable. The MCB shall have the termination capacity of 35 Sqmm. The MCB shall have electrical life 20,000 operations up to 32A and 12,000 operation up to 63A including connection with suitable size copper lugs and taking down old unsv Sheet Metal Enclosure complete all as directed.
