DESCRIPTION OF ITEMS

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n.exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channel and drain complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using ex- tra cement, including forms, moulds, mi- tred/stopped ends etc.

M & L for rendering 5mm thick cement plaster on fair faces of concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 to be finished even and smooth ( without using extra cement) complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete re-inforced of any description not otherwise specially provided for.

M & L for Precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab, shelves etc set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips

Taking down existing cover of septic tank any type and cleaning of same including dewatering and digging out sludge , mud state and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n. exc 500m and disposed off as directed including cleaning of inlet & outlet pipes and tank with clean water and placing the cover in position, complete all as specified and directed

Taking down existing cover of Soak well size of any size and cleaning of same including mud state and removing the sludge to a distance exc 250m and n. exc 500m and disposed off as directed including cleaning of inlet and tank with clean water and placing the cover in position, complete all as specified and directed

Cleaning of sewage manhole of any size and sewage line upto 150mm dia and disposal of waste material to a ditance n.exc 50m by any means complete all as directed

Cleaning of blockage of EWC/ IWC trap exc 100 mm but n.exc 150mm dia and disposal of waste material to a ditance n.exc 50m from outer face of bldg complete all as directed

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brickwork or stone/boulder masonary, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles and block walling.

M & L Precast cement concrete block masonry with solid bloks exc 10 cm width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 type C1 1:3:6 (20 mm graded agg) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster with water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:4 finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed. (Water proofing compound measured separately)

M & L 15 mm thick cement plaster with other than fair faces of brick work or concrete surface on wall in CM 1:6(outside of man hole upto 150 mm below GL) finished fair and even complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Integral water proofing compound, complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding, kota stone/granite slab including screed bed and removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.06 Sqm but n exc 0.11 sqm set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match as in floor over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 mixed etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for galzed ceramic coloured tiles 300X200X 7 mm thick on walls etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry & pointed in white or coloured cement to match the surfaces over &.incl 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 for laying wall tiles etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for stone walling of random rubble uncoursed well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in Cm 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as pe Sl No 3 above but exept stone complete all as specified and directed.

S&Fin repair 75mm bore PVC (swr)pipes for weep holes, any length, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in coping complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry with grey cement and pigment etc complete including 15mm th screed bed in CM 1:6 all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-40 Grade etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand filling for cusion in pavings, laid in layer n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 of type C-2 using 40mm graded stone agrregate as in sub base etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as Cement concrete in floor finished the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
