Demolition of brickwork, precast concrete block ,stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar incl all quoins, arches pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings complete all as specified and directed

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement Concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil, each n exc 0.50 cum , getting out returning,filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exc 25 cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50m wide and n. exc 1.5m depth for foundation etc and getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in, including, spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material soil to a distance exc 250m and n. exc.500m and depositing where directed, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 Type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in post, foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 mix type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for reinforced cement concrete (Nominal mix) type A1 1:1/2:3 mix (using 20mm graded aggregates) for Foundations, including rafts, footings, plinth beam, Columns, pillars, piers, post and struts and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations,footings, base of columns, raft and raft beams, side and soffits of foundations ,plinth beams and similar work vertical or to batter rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Formwork to side of pillars, posts struts, piers, columns and stanchions etc fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm dia and over, TMT bars, cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item Ser No 16.00 above but 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for old size Brickwork with fly ash bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block using cement concrete type C-1 1:3:6 mix (20mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Brickwork (Except bricks) straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- Old serviceable bricks received from item No 1 of BOQ shall be reused in work.

M&L for PCC, 1:2:4 mix, type B1 (using 20mm graded agg) in coping and similar work, incl necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick incement mortar in CM 1:4 using integral waterproofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Cost of WPC sumed to be included in quoted rates.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali-resistant priming paint and applying two coats of cement base paint (colour as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for prepration on the old surfaces on wall/concrete surfaces throughly, washing rubbing down in the water, cleaning upto the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-Charge and applying one coat of cement base paint (colour as approved by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Weight of chain link fencing shall be decided through BOO as order by GE.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F angle iron as in posts, struts in fencing including cutting top to shape required, drilling holes, notching for wire and flat iron 40 x 6mm for securing wire mesh etc complete confirming to fe-290 gde E-165 all as speciified and directed.

S & F mild steel screw bolts( machine made) 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, dia of neck 5 to 10 mm but length of bolt exc 10 cm but not exc 35 cm long complete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 600mm dia Galvanised concertina wire coil 2.50mm dia fixing to any type of standard rails/angles straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and including provision of galvanised wire (0.9mm dia) complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Weight of concertina coil shall be decided through BOO as ordered by GE.

M&L for MS round bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces,etc. complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering, Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete con- forming to Fe.290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new surfaces of steel or iron over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 CM width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint including cleaning window glasses, joinery, electric fittings, wiring etc of drops and splashes and cleaning premises clean and tidy complete all as specified and directed.
