Charpoy GI ply top Taking out unserviceable elbow from Charpoy GI ply top and supply and fix GI 3 way elbow (bearing ISI marked) medium grade suitable for fixing 32mm GI short rail, long rail and legs complete all as directed (Note for Srl item No 1.00 to 7.00 : Ref Drwg No FD-220

Taking out unserviceable stiffner from Charpoy GI ply top and supply and fix stiffener made out of flat iron (25 x 5)mm thick (approximately 1 mtr length) and fix to long rail with nut & bolt not less than 8mm dia incl drilling holes in stiffener and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out unserviceable check nut and supply and fixing new check nut 32mm bore, 06mm thick and fixing the same in position.all as directed

Taking out unserviceable long rail of charpoy GI pipe having side threaded end borken and supply and fixing new long rail GI tubing , 32mm bore, medium grade duly threaded both ends all as specified. Note :- 1. Old long rail as retrieved shall be used for converting short rail under item No 5 and charge for converting is included in unit rate of item No 5 here-in-after. 2. GI pipe shall be arranged by the contarctor and pipe shall be of Make : Jindal/TATA/Prakash /Surya

Taking out unserviceable short rail from the charpoy and converting of long rail (Retrieved under item No 4 here-in-before) into short rail by cutting/finishing to shape and threading and replacing the same as required against unserviceable short rail. Note :- Old short rail retrieved shall be used for converting the leg under item No 6 here-in-after and charge for converting is included in the unit rate of item No 6.

Taking out unserviceable leg from the GI charpoy and conversion of short rail (Retrieved from item No 5 here-in-before) into leg as per drg, threading and fixing as required.

Taking out unserviceable plywood top from Charpoy GI ply top and supply and fix 12mm thick plywood BWR grade, 7 ply ISI marked approximately size 2.00mx 1.00m on top of charpoy GI pipe with minimum ten nos flat headed nut and bolts not less than 6mm dia fixed with stiffener/rail incl drilling holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Manufacture and supply of Sofa set 5 seater FD-373 The sofa set consist of one long piece of three seat and two small pieces of one seat each. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak . The cushion for seat and back of size shall be 530mmx500mm, 100mm thick foam of 32 density covered with best quality tapestry cloth with chain and both side of stopper shall be provided. Tapetsry cloth shall be not less than 250/- per RM and as approved by GE. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standared workmenship and specification. All wood surfaces exposed to view shall be polished with dark glossy finish,shade as directed by GE.Rest all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Manufacture and supply of Table Centre FD-274 Overall size shall be 900mm long, 450mm wide and 400mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Top rails in four Nos of 1st class hard wood teak of 20mmx50mm in section shall be provided between the legs. Bottom rail and centre rails shall be provided as per drawing. Top of table shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade with teak veneer shade laminated finish on one side and white balancing lamination on the other side. 4mm half round teak wood beading shall be provided all round of the top.All joints and fixing shall be done in accordance with standard workmanship and specifications. All wood surfaces exposed to view shall be french polished with dark glossy finish, shade as directed by GE. Rest all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Manufacture and supply of chair dining for officers FD/E6/MAP-II/04 All timber (except plywood) including stiffener shall be well seasoned first class hard wood teak. Bottom of seat shall be 12mm thick plywood BWR fixed with screws to timber frame work. 75mm thick 40 density foam with fabric/rexine as directed by GE shall be fixed on seat, 50mm thick 40 density foam with fabric/rexine as directed by GE shall be fixed on back with 9mm ply. Nylon buffers shoe/toes shall be fitted at the bottom of the leg as approved. All wooden surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with dark glossy finish, shade as directed by GE.

Manufacture and supply of Table Writing (1145x600x760mm) FD-275 Overall size shall be 1145mm long 600mm wide and 760mm high. All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak. Top of table shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board exterior grade . 4mm half round teak wood beading shall be provided all round of the top. Front of drawer, side, shelf, bottom and shutter of cabinet shall be 18mm prelaminated MDF board exterior grade with teak veneer shade laminated finish on one side and white balancing lamination on the other side with 4mm thick edging of teak wood. 6mm thick teak face Plywood in back of cabinet shall be provided. Bottom of drawer shall be 6mm thick plywood, ISI marked (IS-303), BWR grade, type BB. Ball catch with striking plate shall be provided for cabinet shutter. Locks shall be provided to the drawer and shutter. Anodised allmn recessed knobs of 38mm dia shall be embedded in shutter of cabinet and front of drawer. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standared workmenship and specifications. All wood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with dark glossy finish, shade as directed by GE. Rest all as specified and as shown on drawing.

Manufacture and supply of Peg Table (450x300x380mm) FD-277 Overall size shall be 450mm long, 300mm wide and 380mm high. Legs shall be of 1st Class hard wood teak of section 30mm x 50mm. The legs shall be 362mm high, 5mm x 5mm in section groove shall be provided on the top of legs which shall be visible when placed in position. Top rails of section 20mm x 40mm of 1st class hard wood teak shall be provided connecting legs. The length of top rails shall be 380mm and 250mm. Two nos bottom rails of section 20mm x 40mm of 1st class hard wood teak shall be provided connection legs in short sides. Bottom rails shall be fixed at 100mm from the bottom of legs. Top of Table peg shall be of 18mm thick MDF board commercial cover/fixed with 1mm thick laminated sheet. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided al-round the edges of top to table peg. All wood surfaces shall be French polished with high gloss finish. Rest all as shown on drg.

Manufacture and supply of Table Bedside (450x300x380mm) FD-276 All as shown on drawing. Overall size shall be 450mm long, 230mm wide and 510mm high. Sides,Top & bottom and shelves of table bed side shall be of 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board.Colour and shade of Prelaminated MDF board will be as approved and as directed by GE. 6mm thick BWR plywood shall be fixed at the back of table bedside. 12mm thick shelf shall be provided at 100mm high from bottom. A shelf 12mm thick shall be provided at 179mm from top. 6mm thick BWR plywood at back shall be fixed by making half notch in the 18mm thick prelaminated MDF board to a depth equal to thickness of plywood. The plywood shall be fixed with head less nails. The jointing of top and sides of 18mm thick Prelaminated MDF board shall be done with mitred joint fixed with screws. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided in the front of sides, top and shelves. All wood and board surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with dark glossy finish,shade as directed by GE.

Manufacture and supply of Table Dressing Ladies with Mirror FD- 251 Overall size shall be 900mm long, 380mm wide and 1700mm high. (height is the mirror). All wood shall be of first class hard wood teak .Sides,Top, Bottom & shelves of dressing Table shall of 18mm thick BWR Plywood over which 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet as approved by GE. Back shall be 12mm thick BWR plywood. Sides and back of drawer shall be of 12mm thick teak wood. Bottom of drawer shall be of 6mm thick BWR plywood. Front of drawer shall be of 18 mm thick BWR Plywood over which 1mm thick plastic laminated sheet shall be fixed. 4mm thick teak wood edging shall be provided to front side of cabinet and edges of drawers. Teak wood vertical support out of 45mm x 45mm shall be provided at the back of mirror. 5mm thick looking mirror (Make : Modiguard/ Swastic/Atul), covered with teak wood frame and 6mm thick plywood shall be provided. One knob of aluminium anodized shall be provided to each drawer. All joints, fixing shall be done in accordance with standared workmenship and specifications. All wood and plywood surfaces exposed to view when placed in position shall be polished with dark glossy finish. Rest all as specified and as shown on drg.
