Detailed Design & Drawings

Submission and approval of Basic Engineering Package including Designs, Layout, P&ID, Hydraulic Flow Drawing, Design & Hydraulic Calculations, Working Drawings including all layout, sections, typical details, Shop Drawings, as Built drawings ..etc complete for all components of works like Sewage Pumping Station of 5 MLD alongwith allied works including all auxillary buildings / structures and all allied works as mentioned in Tender document. Contractor shall submit working Drawing and Implementation schedule.

Construction Works

Construction of Sewage Pumping Station of 5 MLD along with pump house cum MCC panel room, Excavation and suitable pipe support works of Rising main and inlet works of concrete overflow weir structure, Trash Screening, Mechanical Coarse Screening followed by Manual Grit Chambers, DG set along with DG Room, Transformer Yard, extension of existing gravity disposal pipeline including required excavation, suitable pipe support works and all contingent Civil works of entire Sewage Pumping Station and all allied works mentioned in the scope of work at Chandanimura, Agartala.

Mechanical Works

Supply, Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Mechanical Equipment, Piping, Valves, gates & fittings, Material handling equipment like EOTs/Chain Pulley blocks required for Sewage Pumping Station of 5 MLD along with sewage transfer pumps, Rising main and Trash Screens, Mechanical Coarse Screens, Grit Pumps and all contingent Mechanical works of entire Sewage Pumping Station and all allied works mentioned in the scope of work at Chandanimura, Agartala.

Electrical & Instrumentation Works

Supply, Laying, Erection, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of all Electrical & Instrumentation Equipment including Cabling, LT Switchgear & Panels, D.G. Set with AMF, Earthing, Indoor and out door lighting, field instruments & automation equipment etc. required for Sewage Pumping Station of 5 MLD with allied works. All contingent Electrical & Instrumentation works of entire Sewage Pumping Station and all allied works mentioned in the scope of work at Chandanimura, Agartala.
