Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated,screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 Sqmm 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing cable XLPE Insulated,screened, PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured electric power cables ( heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 16 Sqmm, 4 core, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F time switches astro type (Having longitude and latitude of indian cities in memory) 250volts in single phase 20 Amps rating with contactor with controller MCCB 4 poles, 63 Amps fixed in sheet metal enclosure with locking arrangements mounted on poles with MS clamps, nut & bolts and painted with two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing energy efficeint LED street light 1X60 Watt, housing made out of pressure die-cast aluminum alloy with toughened glass, IP 65/66 protection, working on 240 volts, 50 Hz, consisting of reflective lens wired with appropriate driver PF>0.98 having over voltage protection upto 440 volts, surge protection level > 10 KV, thermal short circuit protection THD< 10% made up of long life LED chips (SMD) in modular with Ra > 70, and LED lumen efficeincy > 140 lumen per watt, beam angle along the drive way 120 degree, beam angle across the drive way 80 degree, luminior efficeincy > 110 lumens/watt, power LED should be of more than 01 watt, CCT should be between 5700K - 6500K including 32 mm bore GI pipe, light grade, bracket 1.5 mtr long bent to shape fixed with 02nos mild steel clamps made out of FI 40X6mm including nut, bolt & washers, duly painted with synthetic enamel paint as directed, conncetion with & including 1.5 Sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated copper conductor cable 1100 volts grade from connector to light fitting , complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (i) Contractor has to be given warranty of minimum for 03 (Three) years for street light fittings including driver for any defects developed during the period. (ii) Contractor shall submit the third party LM 79 report from any NABL approved laboratory. (iii) The light fitting should have BIS, CRS number.

S&F flexible 3 core PVC insulated unsheathed FRLS-H cable of size 1.5 Sqmm, 1100 volts grade heavy duty multi stranded copper conductor drawn through in non metallic rigid PVC conduit for making electrical connection of street light with poles junction box, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- PVC conduit shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

S&F non metallic rigid PVC conduit of size 20mm dia, medium grade, inclusive tees/bends//elbows/ reducers/bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories fixed on poles from junction box to light fitting with fittings like mild steel clamps, nut & bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Mild steel clamps with nut & bolts shall be measured and paid separately under respective item)

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 100mm height, 65mm dia for 1100 volts grade, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply stringing and fixing over head aluminium conductor of any size (Ferret/Weasel etc), steel reinforced (ACSR) on LT steel poles including supply and fixing of copper binding wire of 14 SWG or aluminium tapes to insulators (which shall not be included in the weight of conductors) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply stringing and fixing over head galvanised steel wire 3.15 or 4mm dia on LT steel poles including supply and fixing of binding wire of 14 SWG or aluminium tapes to insulators (which shall not be included in the weight of conductors) complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing LT cable junction box made out of polycarbonate with glass fibre reinforced,front openable , size not less than 200x160x98mm including suitable size of connectors and PVC glands for cable entry and cable exit. The polycarbonate junction box shall be environment freindly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive, rated for degree of ingress protection IP-66 in accordance with IEC 60529, gasket material shall be polyurethane and gasket shall be internally embedded. The junction box comply the requirement of the standards IEC 60998-1, IEC 60670-22 & IEC 60670-2-5 and colour of junction box according to RAL 9011, including GI clamps, nut & bolts of suitable size for fixing on poles, complete all as specified & directed. Make:- Hensel/ Siemens/GE Power/Rittal (Note:- Contractor will submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB)

Supply and laying GI pipes 40 mm bore, 'light grade' with all fitting and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors, trenches/under road/nallah etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping, plinth blocks & bed plates etc including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed

Supply, erection & fixing steel tubular swaged poles 410 SP-31 9.0 mtr long as per IS-2713 with mild steel base plate of size 300mmx300mm thickness 6mm, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws and hook for earth wire including two coat of black bituminous paint internally and externally upto planting depth and remaining portion with two coat of synthetic enamelled paint over one coat of red oxide primer, writing MES number of suitable size to a height of 1.00 mtr, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Earth work, PCC & mild steel cross arms etc shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

M&L for stay assembly complete with accessories as shown in electrical plate No. 1 (stay clamps, complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- Loop type insulator, earth work & concrete shall be measured & paid separately under respective item)

S&F loop type insulator, vitreous porcelain, white, brown or green: large size, with overall dimensions 90 x 140mm, clearance of hole 25.5mm, complete all as specified and directed .

M&L earthing complete with using galvanised mild steel earth plate (electrode) 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr depth below ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level and earth plate surrounded with adequate quantity of charcoal dust mixed with salt to be packed thickness of 15cm all round the plates using 4mm dia GI earth lead wire as earth lead moulded and rivetted to earth plate at one end and connected to main equipment at switch / control board pole at another end. GI earth lead protected in and including 15mm dia GI medium grade pipe from upper end of earth plate upto equipment with & including 20mm dia bore GI pipe medium grade as water pipe from earth chamber to upper edge of the earth plate. GI funnel with wire mesh fixed on water pipe and PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggreagte) as in pit chamber, 50mm thick pre-cast RCC cover reinforced with 8mm TMT bars @100mm C/C both ways and lifting handles of 10mm dia mild steel round bars etc complete as per electrical plate No-03 of SSR (Part-I): 2009 and testing on completion all as specified and directed. Note:- (i) If the desired earth resistance 04 Ohms or less is not found then item shall be redone by contractor at no extra cost. (ii) Cost of GI wire 4 mm dia and 15mm dia pipe medium grade upto 7.5m is deemed to be included in the rate quoted for this item.

Excavation in trenches, n exc 1.5 mtr wide and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth for foundation etc or for laying cables, poles, stay assembly, shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc n exc 10 Sqm on plan and n exc 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in soft disintegrated rock, complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in excavated material in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removing of excavated material to a distance n. exc. 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying river dry and clean sand filling for cushioning in layer 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying cable in trenches and punned upto 18 cm thick around under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note:-Thickness after punning shall be measured for payment)

M&L for laying unreinforced precast concrete cable covers, Class LV type-1, flat size 250X150x40mm, ISI marked, laid in trenches across the length of cable as protection of under ground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of paint complete all as specified & directed.

Note : Tenderers may note that amount of credit Rs 0.00 will be deducted from the total amount arrived, at the time of Acceptance of contract.
