grade VG-30 @ 3.50% (percentage by weight of total mix) prepared
in Batch Type Hot Mix Plant of 100-120 TPH capacity.(Athletic Track)
Providing and laying 30 mm thick bitunenous concrete (BC) using B.T.
stone chipping and aggregate as per Morth&H gradation and asphalt
for tack coat @ 2.5 kg kg/10 smt on B.T. surfaces and butumine grade
80/100 for mixing @ 60 kg / M.T. by weight of total mix i.e. (6.0 % by
weight of total mix) including heating and asphalt and aggregates by Rupees Four
continuous batching batch mix plant and spreading the same by Thousand Eight
paver finisher including rolling and consolidation with 10-12 tonnes Hundred
vibretory and power roller including flushing sand @ of 0.03 Thirteen and
cumt/10smt and providing all materials, equipment, tolls and plants, Paise Eighty
fire wood, oil:, kerosene, labour charges etc. and using contractor's Three Only
own machineries drum mix plant and paver finisher etc. complete.

second layer of acrylic Resurfacer (Filling and smoothing asphalt or concrete
surfaces in preparation for Acryflex Tennis court. And also fills the surface
chips, voids and conceals repairs while providing a smooth surface for color
coating. It should have a consumption ratio of 0.046kg/sqft), Third, Fourth &
Fifth layer of Unirubber liquid cushion layers at a consumption ratio of 0.10 Rupees Two
kgs per sqft all together, Sixth & Seventh layer of Precoat (Quartz filled % Thousand Five
10 100 acrylic latex based textured tennis topcoat with consumption ratio of Sq.Mt. 780.52 2525
0.078 kg/sqft) and Eighth layer of Topcoat (100% acrylic latex polymer & Twenty Five
colour coat for the finished surface to protect from UV. It should have and Paise Zero
consumption ratio of 0.023 kg/sft). On top of these 8 layers, the line marking Only
should be done with Overline paint (% 100 acrylic latex based high hiding
line paints. It should have consumption ratio of 4 kg/court). The acrylic
resurfacer must have silica sand infill to be embedded into it with
consumption ratio of 0.065 kg/sqft. The product must be
approved/licensed/preferred by the respective International Sports
Federation & used at the Indian/International Championships recognized by
the respective Regional /International Sports Federation.
