Surveying, Planning, Designing, Construction and Commissioning of 15.42 MLD capacity fixed Intake jetty structure with pumping station on the river Bhagirathi with intake point

The work involves Surveying, Planning, Designing & Construction of fixed Intake jetty structure with pumping station on the river Bhagirathi having capacity to supply 15.42 MLD (Approx.-702.00 m3/hr., 22 hrs. pumping/day) with tolerance of± 25% loading including laying of raw water rising main of 500mm Dia.-K9 D.I. single dedicated pipe line upto 400mtr from Intake point and next 45mtr of 400mm dia MS pipe and balance length of 400mm dia DI(K9) pipe for supply of raw water to Inlet point to Water Treatment Plant Near Jangipur Polytechnique College (at a distance 845 Mtr. approx. from Intake.) with necessary civil, electrical (according to I/E rules) &all mechanical works related to the project complete in all respect for drawl of water from river Bhagirathi and other allied works as per Kolkata Port Trust (KoPT) hydraulic survey report (with necessary approval), including electrical/mechanical works with the provisions for receiving power from WBSEDCL and after satisfactory completion, 3(three) months trial run and necessary training of maintenance staff & thereafter (subsequently) 5(Five) year operation and maintenance with guarding arrangement at Jangipur (near Bagharathi reach) on turnkey basis. For Laying of Raw water rising main only DI pipes of Dia 500mm DI(K9) will be supplied by the Dept. 400mm dia MS Pipe& 400mm dia DI(K9) pipe, Necessary fittings, valves etc. will be supplied by the concern agency. In the high ditches area (area between WTP & boundary wall of Netaji Subhash Deep) pipe will be supported on elevated steel walk way of width minimum 1.75meter and within Netaji Subhash Deep area Pipe will be laid over ground supported by R.C.C pillar.
