Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter ( without taking off shutter from the frame exc 1.5Sqm but n.exc 4 Sqm all as specified and directed

Taking down chowkats or frame with shutter (without taking off) shutter from the frame N exc 1.5Sqm all as specified and directed

S&F in Aluminium anodised three track sliding window frames of size 61.85X45.50X 1.30mm thick and shutter frames of size 40X 18X 1.29mm with rubber gasket, beading and locking arrangement including making good to the disturbed portion complete .including stainless steel wire mesh 0.36mm nominal dia of wire with 1.40mm average aperture and fixing with stainless steel wire staples and fixing 5mm thick tinted glass with necessary rubber beading gasket all as specified and as directed by Engr-in- charge

Supply and fix framed work such as grills, grating, etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forged into spikes ; framed guard bars ; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings framed work of water and similar work conforming to Fe-410-0 or Fe-310-0 using 12mm square bar complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F factory made solid panel pvc door shutter 30mm thick (style) consisting of frame made out of M.S. Tubes for top & bottom rails M.S. frame shall be covered with heat moulded plain colour PVC `C' channel having a PVC sheet strip of 20mm width struck inside with solvent cement for stiles and plain colour PVC sheets for top rail, lock rail & bottom rail on either side & as gap insert for top rail & bottom rail, panelling of plain colour PVC sheet 10mm thick to be fitted in MS frame welded/sealed to the stiles & rails with suitable PVC sheet beading, and joined together with solvent cement, fixing in the frame at the site as per sample kept with GE's Office.

S/F PVC solid door frame of size 50mmx47mm made out of 5mm plain colour PVC sheet reinforced with MS square tube, supplying and fixing in opening as per specification and drawing.

S&F Anodised aluminium ventilator lover type (Minimum 115micron anodising) including 4mm thick plan sheet aluminium section as per designation 63400 of is 737 complete as approved by Engr-in-charge

S&F M S butt hinges 100mm size medium weight cold rolled all as specified and directed

S&F 150mm aluminium anodized, barrel tower bolt of extruded section and fixed all as specified and directed.

S&F extruded aluminium alloy handles fabricated type anodised 125mm long all as specified and directed.

S&F aluminium alloy, anodised sliding door bolt of size 300mm with hasp,staple(bolt type) and fixing clips of sheet, cast or extruded sections and fixing bolts and sliding bolts of extruded section or cast-aluminium alloy all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles light shade 10mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match and over a 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F coloured Non skid ceramic floor tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular ) area of each tile exceeding 0.06sqm but not exceeding 0.11sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured to cement to match and over a 15mm thick screed bed of cement mortar(1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles in vertical surface 300 x 450 x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match and over a 10mm thick back coat of plastering of cement mortar :1:4 all as specified and as directed .

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and paving N.Exc 15cm thickness (Below or above ground level) all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B2 ( Using 40mm graded aggregate ) as in foundation filling and mass concrete

Demolition of brick or stone/boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quions,arches,pillars etc but excluding ashlars facing dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for brick work with locally available sub class ‘B’, old size, best quality bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar ( 1:6) all as specified and directed.

M&L for 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 in one coat ,finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint and over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up of or down steel tubing and connections 15mm bore

All as per ser item No 23 here in before, but 25mm bore

S&F 15mm bore galvanized iron tubes medium grade with all fitting and fixed complete to walls, ceiling or laid in floor complete all as specified.

S&F in repair vitreous china wash basin, white flat back size 450X300mm including brackets, cutting for and pinning in ends of brackets or erecting stand incl 15mm bore pillar tap fancy type cast copper alloy, with captain heads, PVC connector 450mm long all as specified and directed.

S&F for 50 mm bore of pipe low density polyethylene pipes (LDPE) of pressure rating 6kgt/cm2 laid in trenches all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs PVC valveless syphonic action type flushing cistern of 10 Ltrs capacity with all accessories incl PVC connection 15mm dia 45cm long all as specified and directed.

S&F to vitreous wash down water closet pan pedestal pattern white/coloured incl with seat cover complete taking down old seat fixing bolt flush pipe complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair to health faucet of any size make parryware/hindware

S&F Stainless steel towel ring oval shape of (any size) of best Quality all as specified and directed.

S&F for stainless steel soap holder (any size) of best quality all as specified and directed.

S&F 15mm size angular stop cock with wall flange of Make ; Parryware,Hindware & Equivalent

S&F in repair concealed stopcock all as specified and directed

S&F in 15mm bib tap cast copper alloy chromium plated fancy type with crutch or butterfly handle screwed down screwed for iron pipe or for brass ferrule and fixed

S & F for 125mm Brass chromium plated shower rose complete all as specified and directed

PVC connection fibre, reinforced 45cm long with brass check nut and PVC washers at both ends complete

M&L for PVC (SWR) floor trap with grating including jointing to waste pipe fixed with solvent cement. ( Diameter of outlet in 75 mm) complete all as specified including taking out damaged floor trap in any type and position.

M & L for complete removal of existing treatment of old wall surface including booming down/steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke soot,mould ,moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spouts and cleaning with water on wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of white wash on complete removal of old plastered ceiling surfaces and all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying of 2mm thick wall care putty specified area for smooth finishing all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying two coat of oil bound distemper over coat of primer on old plastered surfaces of wall complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of old wooden surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint all as specified and directed

Excavation in trenches N.Exc 15m wide and N.Exc 1.5M Depth in any type of soil for foundation etc or for shafts, well drain pipes getting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded brick aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreding,levelling watering and well ramming in layers Not Exc 25cm thick in each layer complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials (spoils)to a distance N.Exc 50m and deposited where directed at a level N.Exc 1.5m above the all as specified and directed.

Provide precast cement concrete 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) type B1 in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc) chullah hoods, chajjas, water trough, managers, shelves & similar articles with plain faces etc. (of any section indicates), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weathering, throating etc. & setting in mortar complete with joints to match

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over in reinforcement, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally or hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with Mild steel wire annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms,moulds,mitred/stopped ends etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 300mm bore reinforced concrete pipe class NP-2 laid and jointed completed with collars all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to drain pipes in cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate, including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested for 300mm bore pipe complete all as specified and directed.
