Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulders masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc but excluding ashlar facings dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete, all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Mild Steel Rolled Section as in main and cross beam, hip and jack rafter, purlins where connected to common rafters complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Rolled MS work as in roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. of Fe-410W (Gde E-250) quality 'A' complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in- Charge.

MS Plates (Plain or Chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and courtersunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Flat iron for wind ties and fixing of wire mesh conforming to grade Fe-290 grade E-165 complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Preparation of new steel surface of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain cement concrete, 75mm thick, M-10 (nominal mix), type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in plinth protection and similar works finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors, in any position and pavings not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) un-reinforced complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Expaned metal (XPM) weight exceeding 4 Kg per sqm, cut o length, bent to shape required and tying with and including annealed mild steel wire not less than 0.9mm dia or fixing with galvanised steel staples to steel members complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Plain black, mild steel sheeting 1.25mm thick for door with welded or soldered joints complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Periodical cleaning of filter bed (filter bed size 14.6x6.60x3.0M) chamber by taking out the sand and gravel layers complete duly disconnecting the inlet PVC nozzles of 50mm dia and clean, wash and refix the same and commissioing of complete unit complete all as directed. Note: (i) Replacement of filter media will be measured and paid separately. (ii) Broken 50mm dia PVC nozzles are to be replaced and will be measured and paid separately.

Supply only PVC nozzles of 20mm dia complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only filter media (sand) for replacing the existing sand with coarse river sand of size 0.5mm to 0.7mm complete all as specified and directed. Note : (a) Filter media sand shall be collected from the nearest river. (b) labour element for top up filter media will be measured separately.

Supply only filter media (gravels) for replacing the existing gravels of size 10/20/40mm dia in differnt layers complete all as specified and directed. Note : labour element for top up filter media will be measured separately.

Removing the old filter media such as sand and gravels to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and deposited where directed at a level not exc 30cm complete all as specified and directed.
