S/R to Repair to HL Bridge over Local Nallah at 2.30km on Tetapadar to Parigarh road for the year 2026-27

Clearing and grubbing road land including uprooting wild vegetation, grass, bushes, shrubs, saplings and trees of girth upto 300 mm, removal of stumps of such trees cut earlier and disposal of unserviceable materials and stacking of serviceable material to be used or auctioned, upto a lead of 1000 m including removal and disposal of top organic soil not exceeding 150 mm in thickness as per Technical Specification Clause 201.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam( grade-III) specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with three wheel 80-100 kN static roller in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming, crushable screening to fill-up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density Grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 of MoRD by manual means

Providing and applying Tack coat with bitumen at the rate of 0.40 kg/sqm on the prepared granular surface cleaned including all cost, conveyance, taxes, labour, T&P etc completed as per direction of E-I-C. A) Tack Coat over Gr-III (Not Primed 4.0kg/10 sqm)

B) Over Bitumen surface(2.0kg /10 sqm)

Providing, laying and rolling of Open Graded Pre-Mix Carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2mm to 5.6mm aggregates using bitumen or emulsion(MS)(Cold Mix) @ 21.5kg/10sqm to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN Static Roller Capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by premix seal coat as per Technical Specification Clause 508.2 of MORD and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing, laying and rolling of Premix Seal Coat of 6.7mm size chips using Slow Setting Emulsion(Cold Mix) @ 11kg/10sqm to fill up voids of premix carpet including mixing in a suitable hot mix plant & rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN Static Roller Capacity, finished to required level as per Technical Specification Clause 510 of MORD .

Supplying & filling moorum of approved quality including watering to complete saturation & ramming with all leads & lifts including cost, conveynance,royality& taxes of all materials & cost of all labour & T&P required for the work etc. complete as per specification & direction of EIC.

PAVER PATHWY Earth work in excavation IN ALL KINDS OF SOILS by manual means overareas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10sqm on plan) inculding disposal of excavated earth up to 50 m and lift upto 1.5m with all lead and lift including shoring, shuttering & dewatering (if required) with cost of all Labour, Labour cess ,Hire & Running charges of the water pumps, Sundries, T & P required for the work complete as directed by the Engineer- in- charge.

Supplying and filling in foundation trenches and plinth, ditches with sand well watered and rammed in layers not exceeding 23 cm. In depth with all lead and lift including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour, sundries, T&P required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Measurement will be taken on finished compacted section only).

Providing and laying Plain cement concrete of proportion(1:3:6) in foundation and floors(i.e. below the base course of the flooring) using cement, 40mm. Size crusher broken H.G.Metal and screened and washed sharp river sand for mortar of approved quality and from approved quarry inclduign hoisting, lowering and laying concrete to the required level, ramming,watering and curing etc. completek to required levels, laid in layers not exceeding 15cm thick in each layer including cost, conveyance, loading, unloading,royalities and taxes of all materials, cost of all labour,T&P required for the work including shoring,shuttering anddewatering(if required)including hire and running charges of water pump required for the work etc. complete in all respect as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
