Dismantling of existing 1 No 7 TR Package AC (Precision) at 1st floor of TE Mavelikkara (Alappuzha Dist) along with indoor as well as outdoor units ( installed in Ist floor roof )and allied accessories such as refrigerent copper piping cables and pumping down refrigerant gas and closing of existing connecting duct at TE Mavelikkara with suitable size GI sheet etc as required.

Dismantling of existing 1 No 7 TR Package AC (Conventional Sidwal ) at Ist floor of TE Tripunithura along with indoor as well as outdoor units and allied accessories such as copper piping cables and pumping down refrigerant gas and keeping the dismantled Indoor unit at Ground Floor etc as required.

Transportation of 2Nos 7 TR Package AC ( Precision) units along with indoor, outdoor units and allied accessories such as copper piping and cables from TE Mavelikkara (Alappuzha Dist) to TE Tripunithura, Ernakaulm, including hiring the transport vehicle , handling from Ist floor to vehicle loading, handling, and unloading at the Ground floor of the TE Tripunithura, etc as reqd . {Note : The Contractor shall responsible for any damages to the departmental belongings during shifting and shall deal all the trade union issues during the loading & unloading time at his own risk and nothing extra will be paid on this account }

Loading/ handling the the indoor unit of 7 TR PAC units to Ist Floor of the building and 7TR HPAC Out Door units at Terrace of the TE building Tripunithura .(Note:- shifting shall be done safely without any damage to the equipment and building as reqd.)

Installation, testing and commissioning of microprocessor controlled 7 TR High precision package AC units complete with indoor and outdoor units, all components and controls etc including providing and fixing of suitable MS stand for indoor unit to requisite height with necessary AVM pads for indoor and rubber pads for outdoor units, pressure testing , vacuumising i/c water servicing the existing indoor and out door units, checking the controls, testing , commissioning etc as per the specifications complete as required.

7 TR (Sensible) high precision Package units

Supplying and charging refrigerant (R 407/R22) in the existing 7TR HPAC unit i/c handling, testing etc as per system requirement etc as reqd.

Supply, installation, balancing and commissioning of GSS sheet metal rectangular/ round ducting fabricated at site complete with neoprene rubber gaskets, canvass connection ,elbows, hangers, supports etc. as per approved drawings and specifications of following sheet thickness complete as required.

Supplying and fixing of copper refrigerant piping of minimum 18 G (1.2 mm) thick and suitable diameter as per industry standards and manufacturers [Uniflier Model recommendations for the HPAC unit for hot gas and liquid lines of a single circuit, with all accessories and including cutting, jointing, brazing etc. on MS perforated tray/MS tary including insulating the refrigerant lines inside AC area with suitable fire retardant polyurethane foam etc complete as required and as per specifications attached.

Installation and relaying of following items with necessary modification etc. as reqd. (All items are available at site)

Refrigerent piping - Hot gas and liquid line) including cutting, bending, joining, brazing, providing extra necessary accessories such as bends elbows, connectores if required ,painting etc for a single refrigerant circuit, on the existing MS cable tray including insulating the refrigerant lines inside AC area with suitable fire retardant polyurethane foam pressure testing etc complete as required (Dismantled pipes are available at site)

Re fixing/Re-routing/ of existing MS cable tray of size 200 mm/300 mm/450 mm width after necessary alteration, including, cutting, welding, fixing, providing all accessories, painting complete as required. (Dismantled tarys are available at site)

Supplying and laying of armoured copper cable of following in existing cable tray or surface of wall including end termination with brass conpression gland and copper lugs etc as required etc as required

Supply /Fabrication and fixing of following suitable size materials for providing platform, for condensers and cable tray including cutting , welding, grouting, painting with approved synthetic enamel paint after two coats of anti corrosive primer, providing mechanical fasteners and civil work for condensor structure etc complete as reqd.

Providing concrete foundation of approx. size 300 x 300 mm and height 300 mm for the condenser stand legs including arranging gravel /cement /sand, necessary tools at site, i/c dismantling the existing damaged stand foundation, disposing the dismantled debris suitably etc complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing precoated GI Roofing trafford sheet 0.35 mm thick on existing condensor roof truss , i/c sheet shall be fixed using self drilling / self tapping screws with seal excluding cost of purlins, truss etc , i/c dismantling the existing damaged roof sheet etc as reqd.
