OD216205/2024-2025:Charges for dismantling the top cover of existing shutter hoisting motor up to 7.5 HP carefully and detaching the coupling pulley sets of main shaft and manually operating shutter hoisting unit, dismantling the electrically working shutter brake after disconnecting the supply line and dismantling the motor

OD216208/2024-2025:Dismantling the 1-3 HP motor into stator and rotor, cleaning the windings attending minor repairs, re taping the coils if necessary, varnishing the coils with best quality insulation varnish, cleaning and greasing the bearings with good quality grease, heating the windings, reassembling, test running including scrapping, cleaning and painting with enamel paint.

OD216219/2024-2025:Charges for refitting the shutter hoisting motor in position after levelling and correcting alignment to main shaft pulley and shutter hoisting pulley using spirit level and screw gauge etc including greasing the shafft, bearing and pulley set etc and conducting trial run at full load.

OD309378/2024-2025:Charges for rewinding the burnt rotor/stator - separate motor in to stator and rotor, dismantling the damaged rotor/stator winding from the rotor/stator slots, cleaning the slots neatly, insulating the slots with correct class of insulating paper, winding the rotor/stator with good quality correct gauge of super enamelled copper winding wires, closing the rotor/stator slots with fibre wedges, putting proper inter layer insulation, connecting the coil end connection, providing new stator/rotor lead wire, steel binding the overhang with proper insulation at both ends, heating the coils and varnishing with good quality insulation varnish, keep it for drying, reassembling and test running.

OD216216/2024-2025:Leading the burnt motor up to 5 HP ( already dismantled) from pump house to the nearest road side, loading into the vehicle, including charges for loading and unloading etc.

OD216215/2024-2025:Leading the rewound motor up to 5 HP from workshop to pump house, unloading and conveying to the base plate etc.

OD309377/2024-2025:Replacing old bearing and supply new bearing bearing no 6208SKF/FAG OR equivalent

OD216311/2024-2025:Charges for detaching the cover of starter board [reverse-forward type] of upto 7.5 HP motor, cleaning the terminals, contacts sockets, damaged tripping mechanism copper wires stud bolts etc and resembling the starter in full shape including scrapping, cleaning etc.

90.14.1.2:Fabrication, supply, conveyance, installation testing and commissioning of floor or wall mounting, dust and vermin proof, cubicle type MV panel board comprising of the following components/ devices & complying to IS 8623. Fabrication of fully partitioned, dust and vermin proof enclosure for panel assembly as per form 4 of IS 8623 (with latest amendments) using CRCA sheet as per approved design and requirement, with front and rear access facility, bus bar chambers, hinged doors for all switch gear compartments, earthing the doors using 4 sq mm braided copper conductor, providing necessary cut-outs for mounting meters, relays, indication lamps, bus bar interconnection etc, detachable covers for bus bar chamber and cable alley, powder coating the assembly after subjecting to 7 tank process etc as required. CRCA sheet alone be used for the fabrication. Angles/ flats/ slotted angles etc shall not be used for the fabrication of panel assembly. The measurments will be taken the area of the complete sheets used for panel board including partitions, folding, shrouding etc.Supply and fabrication of MV panel board using 1.6mm CRCA sheet, powder coated (excluding base frame)
