Total Price for the design as per site conditions, planning, investigation, survey, engineering, manufacture/procurement, manufacturer's quality assurance,shop testing (including type testing where specified/required),transportation, handling, storage, erection, including all civil/structural works, electrical and general works, piping, cabling, instrumentation, installation, testing & commissioning work of the solar plant, training, services, permits and insurance at all stages & all related works for executing everything necessary to complete the project satisfactorily in all respects and also includes Purchase,Testing and installation of meters [ Net meter (shall be ABT compliant if necessary ) & Solar meter], Providing online data,Application and Registration fee and all related works for connectivity ,Statutory Inspection & Testing, Additional work /Cabling, Power Evacuation including cost of transformer and HT metering and all related works of 500 kWp Grid Tied Ground mounted Solar PV Power Plant (on turn-key basis),at Govt.Goat farm, Agali, Attapady, owned by District Panchayath, Palakkad.Performance ratio(AC) shall be as detailed in Clause 2.2.3 of Volume I of the tender documents.
