(Testing and Commisioning of CCRs to be done by existing OEM of ALCMS)

Dismantling of CCR of various make and capacity at exisitng CCR hall and shifting to new CCR room / store etc. complete as required.

Installation, Testing, Comissioning of dismantled CCRs of various make and capacity to new CCR room, including cable connections, dressing, earth connections etc. complete as required. (Testing, Commisioning of CCRs to be done by existing OEM of ALCMS)

Dismantling & Reinstallation of the ALCMS Simulator System from existing ALCMS server room to new ALCMS room (in old AC plant) with setting-up training infrastructure including SITC of reputated make one number 32 inch simulator extended monitor with stand/bracket, one number table for Simulator System (executive-table) , one number instructor chair(executive-chair) , 3 numbers 3 seater visitor (trainee) chairs etc complete as required.

Establishing and commisioning of OFC network connectivity in-between existing ALCMS Server Room and new ALCMS Room (old AC plant ) including supply laying of 12 core armoured OFC, SITC of 2 nos LIU, 4 nos 48 port LAN switch, 1 no ALCMS server cabinet with 2 nos UPS with battery, LIU/switch cabinet etc complete hardwares, cables, consumables and network configuration & testing with existing ALCMS system as required for server connectivity of CCRs at CCR Hall-3(old AC plant ) maintaining network/hardware redundancy by matching make, model, specification with existing hardwares used in existing ALCMS/ILCMS network including producing compatibility certificate from the OEM of existing ALCMS/ILCMS etc complete as required. (Testing and Commisioning of this network to be done by existing OEM of ALCMS)

Supply of design verified, dust, damp and vermin proof free standing, top / bottom entry, floor mounted indoor type factory built extendable cubicle type LT panel board (having minimum IP-54 protection) suitable for operation on 415V, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 Hz AC supply system fabricated in compartmentalized design from CRCA sheet steel of minimum 2 mm thick for frame work & covers, with ventilation louvers covered with wiremesh, lifting hooks, cleaning & finishing complete with 7 tank process for powder coating in approved shade, extensible type TPN aluminium alloy busbars of high conductivity , SMC busbar supports with short circuit withstand capacity of 50KA for 1 sec, bottom base channel of MS section not less than 100 mm X 50 mm X 5 mm thick, Panel fabrication in transportable sections, entire panel shall have a common copper earth bar of size 32 mm X 5 mm at the rear with 2 Nos. earth studs, solid connection from main busbar to switchgears with required size of aluminium busbar/ copper conductor leads & control wiring with 2.5 sq. mm FRLS insulated copper conductor single core cable, cable alleys, gland plates , all accessories etc complete as required with the following switchgears : A. Incomers: (i)630 Amps, 415V, 50kA,Icu=75% Ics, 4P MCCB with OL & SC protections with thermal & magnetic release , MCCB with handle and door defeater = 02 nos.630 Amps, 415V, 50kA,Icu=75% Ics, 4P MCCB with OL & SC protections with thermal & magnetic release , MCCB with handle and door defeater = 02 nos. (ii) LED type indicating Lamp for - R, Y,B and ON, OFF and Trip with control MCB - 2 Sets. (iii) Digital 3 phase 4W Multifunction Meter with Data logger with required CTs of 600/5 Amps, 15 VA, CL 1.0 ratings & control MCB -2 Set. iv) TPNSPD,type-1+2, Imax = 40 KA with isolating MCB & indicators-02 nos. B. Buscoupler: (i)630 Amps, 415V, 50kA, 4P MCCB with OL & SC protections with thermal & magnetic release , MCCB with handle and door defeater = 01 no. (ii)LED type indicating Lamp for ON, OFF and Trip with control MCB - 1 Sets. C. Interlocking: C. Interlocking: Both Incomers and the buscouplers are mechanically interlocked with lock and key arrangement D. Bus Bars: 1000 A, 4P , Alumunium sleeved Busbars. E. Out Goings : Outgoing Feeder compartments should be designed considering ease of operation and user friendliness including proper spacing, safety etc. (i)63 Amps, 415V AC , min 10kA, 'D' Curve, TP MCB = 23 nos. (ii)100 Amps, 415V AC , min 10kA, 'C' Curve, TP MCB = 07 nos. (iii)LED type indicating lamp for each feeder - total 30 sets .

Installation, Testing, Comissioning of cubicle type LT feeder panel board as supplied in above item ( no.9) including minor civil work e.g. cutting, fixing, panel base preparation, providing MS angle channel supports, anchor fastening, grouting, painting, marking, parts assembly, making connections, POT testing, earthing, cable/breaker tagging, panel SLD marking with retro reflective tape etc. complete as required.
