BOQ ( Sch A ) Electric works Supply & fixing in replacement LED Solar Street Light fitting 24W including galvanised steel pole inbuilt of size and shape as per manufacturers instructions, lithium ion battery, solar panel, charge controller with dusk down sensor and testing after installation complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for stringing, stretching and strengthening of overhead conductor (ACSR) on existing LT steel tubular pole including binding and jointing the conductor with and including 14 SWG binding wire and following sizes ACSR conductors: - (a) 6/1 X 2.59 mm aluminium and 1 X 2.59 mm steel (Weasel) (b) 6/1 X 3.00 mm aluminium and 1 X 3.00 mm steel (Ferret)

Supply and fixing shackle type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator of size 75 mm height and 90 mm dia for working pressure of 1100 volts, LT complete with galvanised mild steel strap of size 31 X 3 mm / flat iron 50 X 6 mm ‘D’ clamp or ‘U’ clamp of suitable size and holding clamp, washers, insulator bolts of 12 mm dia, washers and nuts complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing stay assembly comprising of GI stay bow 14mm dia, 40cm long, galvanised iron stay rod 16mm dia, 180cm long with threaded ends, GI nuts, bolts, washers, GI stay plate 23x23cmx6mm thick, 02 Nos of thimbles, MS clamps made out of 50x6mm flat iron and stay wire 7/3.15 SWG, stay clamp, loop insulator of size 65x95 mm clearance of hole 16mm complete including necessary excavation, earth work in hard/dense soil and PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 all as shown in electrical plate No. 01 of SSR-2009 part1 , complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of fine sand 8 cm thick before laying the cable and 15 cm after laying the cable in trenches to cover under ground cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :-Punned down thickness of sand shall be considered for measurement)

Material and labour for brick protection to cable using old size class 'B' bricks of size (230x115x75mm), laid flat, dry butt jointed, laid lengthwise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply & Fixing in replacement plastic (moulded polypropylene) line phase separator (for separating 05 Nos. of over head line conductors of length 1200 mm) with 25 mm fly nuts and clamps suitable for 1100 volts grade LT electric lines of any size fixed with over head electric lines complete all as specified and directed.

Tightening / re-stringing of existing loose / broken ACSR conductor / copper conductor or any other type of conductor of any sizes and strengthening as required at site complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing / laying of galvanized iron pipe of 80 mm nominal bore light grade for cable protection, fixed to pole/ alongwall/ floor/ under road/ across the drain or nallaha etc with clamps nuts, bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed. Note : The cost of MS clamp, nut, bolt, washer and GI fittings etc shall deemed to be included in the unit rate quated by the contractor.

Material and labour for replacement of MCCB of Cap 100 Amp, 4pole, 16 KA, with adjustable thermal release and earth fault protection, 415 volt grade including cutting and welding work for fixing of MCCB in existing panels any type and model complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Make and model of MCCB shall be as per sample/site requirement before purchasing material. M&L for writing letters or figures (Block Roman, Italic or Indian) n exc. 30 cm high with paint so that they stand out boldly and solidly without showing signs of brush markes at various locaions in Ranikhet area including preparation of surface and making the base to receive letters by applying synthetic enamel paint. Letters etc shall be paint with thick paint complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in replacement for ELECTRIC SCHEMETIC DIAGRAM/CHART HT/LT supply system of Ranikhet station , made in such a way so that it contains all the information like sub station, MRS OCB/VCB, Transformer , over head and under ground line on wooden board back side and acrilic sheet/other materials sheet as per sample without joint front (tampered proof) front side with proper indicating LED lamp for all the feeders and connected equipments with on/off swich for all the feeders/segments. Size of the board shall be standerd as per sample held with MES office or 4ft X 4ft. Before making board contractor shall deploy a qualified engineer/firm or any technocrate for site survey and and making rough diagram on drawing sheet and get it approved from engineer-in-charge before making original board. Complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of LED Post top 40W with IP 65 protection comprises of Spherical/Diamond shape diffuser cover, etc and all accessories including monkey cage of suitable size for protection of light, light grade GI pipe of suitable length and wire required for connections etc complete all as directed.
