White washing two coats with white cement to walls to give an even shade after thouroughly brushing the surface to remove all dirt and remains of loose powdered materials including cost of all materials , labour charges and incidental such as scaffolding , lift charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors.

Painting two coats with synthetic enamel paint Grade-I VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 grams/litre to old iron work /masonry wall including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, incidental, operational and all labour charges etc., and overheads & contractors profit complete for finished item of work in all floors. (SS No. 1201, 1212 & 1207).

PAINTING TO NEW IRON WORK TWO COATS WITH SYNTHETIC ENAMEL PAINT OF APPROVED BRAND AND SHADE OVER ONE COAT OF RED OXIDE PRIMER COAT (TOTAL 3 COATS) INCLUDING COST AND CONVEYANCE OF ALL MATERIALS TO SITE, ALL INCIDENTAL, OPERATIONAL & LABOUR CHARGES FOR PREPARING AND CLEANING THE SURFACE OF DIRT WITH SOAP AND BRUSHES, INCLUDING PUTTY, ETC., COMPLETE FOR FINISHED ITEM OF WORK.
