Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth and getting out in hard and dense soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in (soil) including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cms thick in any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cms thick, complete all as specified and directed Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B brick, old size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning, with width equal to the length of the brick including taking out old bricks, complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of mild steel galvanised iron tubing light grade for cable protection as in road crossing, along poles, walls, floors, drain of 80mm size fixed with MS clamps, nuts and bolts required complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, jointing, fixing or passing through pipe, trenches or ducts, commissioning and testing XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured,electric power cables (Heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 Volts grade, cross sectional area 95Sqmm, 3 core, suitable for 11 KV earthed system confirming to IS 7098 Part-2 for insulation and for conductors Class 2 to IS 8130-84, in trenches, floors, ducts passing through pipe for road crossing etc,including connecting & testing and disconnecting and taking out of old unserviceable HT cable complete all as specified and directed. (Note : Excavation, earth work, brick protection, sand cushioning and GI pipe etc shall be measured &paid for separately).

Renewal of cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for outdoor termination, heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 50 sqmm to 95 sqmm with suitable clamps made out of flat iron 50X6mm including nuts, bolts and washers, complete all as specified.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning gang operated air break off load connecting switch HT, 11KV, tripple pole, each plate consisting galvanised steel base, verticle type mounted on 15 No's post insulators and steel frame, non ferrous knife and spring loaded contacts, arcing horns complete with dropout fuse element assembly, operating rod of GI pipe, medium grade, 20 mm dia (without joint) of suitable size and locking arrangement, connections, mild steel frame with PG clamps and sleeves etc required for current rating 200 amps capacity including taking down unservicable GOD of any type, shape & size with steel frame and removing from site all as specified and directed.

Renewal of lightning arresters (Set of three) expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp for 11000 volts including taking out old unservicable arrester and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Renewal of drop out fuse assembly complete with 06 No's, porcelain vitreous base insulators, explusion barrel fuse and connected accessories for 11000 Volts grade of 25 Amps capacity all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying/spreading 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate at electrical sub station 4 pole/2 pole structure including brick work for rataining the aggregate complete all as specified & directed.

Renewal of danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet, vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with mild steel clamps, bolts and nuts of approved size, for HT, 25x20cm size, complete all as specified.

Cable route indicator made out of 2 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20 cms X 15 cms duly coated with two coats of black paint over a coat of red oxide primer duly written the size of LT/ HT cable in white paint and welded to equal angle of size 30X30X3mm, 45 cms long and errected in ground in such a way that it is 15 cms above ground level and 30 cms below ground level. The portion below ground level should be embedded in plain cement concrete M-15, type B-I, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate of size 15 cms X 20 cms X 45 cms all as specified & directed. Note:- Cost of PCC and earth work & excavation shall be deemed to be included in unit rate quoted by contractor.

Cutting of existing road/ floor/ plinth/drain for taking out/laying of UG cable through GI pipe including necessary earth work excavation and making good to match with existing surface complete all as specified with PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 metre below ground level, connecting to galvanised iron strip 32X6 mm size (as earth lead strip), by means of bolt, nuts, check nuts and washer of galvanised and earth wire protected by provision of galvanised iron pipe light grade, 40 mm bore including provn of concrete pit in plain cement concrete M-15 type B-1 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of rainforced cement concrete M-15 reinforced with XPM (weight not less than 4 kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x3mm with lugs 2 Nos and with 6mm dia mild steel bar handle made to shape, galvanised iron medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering perforated at bottom 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate, common salt and charcoal filling, test point made out of phosphorous bronze with fixing arrangement, funnel, wire mesh and including earth work in any type of soil, returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre, all as per electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 Part-I and connection to earth test point all as specified and testing on completion.

Deduct Credit Amount as per Schedule of credit as details given on Srl Page No 20 of tender doucments.
