SCHEDULE'A' PART-I:B/R WORKS

Dismantling of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

Demolition of un-reinforced cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 cm thickness. (Below or above ground level)

Excavation over areas n.exc 1.5 m deep and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as Lu specified.

Excavation over areas exc 1.5 m deep and n.exc 3m and getting out in soft /loose soil complete all as specified.

Removing excavated material exc. 250m but n exc. 500m and depositing where directed at a level n exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil

M & L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundation, mass concrete etc

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix in Foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix in columns complete all as specified and as specified.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete Walls, retaining walls, basement walls, ballast walls and the like; any thickness; above top of footings; including attached pilaster and buttresses complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for RCC M-30 design mix concrete in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like complete all as specified and as directed.

Form work to sides of concrete foundations, footings, sides and soffits of plinth beams and similar work for rough finished surface of concrete.

Formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for rough finished surfaces of concrete.

Formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pilasters, buttresses, etc.; vertical or to batter complete all as specified.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping)

M&L precast cement concrete solid block masonry using Type Cl 1:3:6 (20 mm graded aggregate) exc 10cm in width built in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bend to shape including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brickwork with sub- class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M & L for 20 mm thick Granite (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars and like in cement mortar (1:4) including point ing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite.

M&L for Finishing walls with Premium Acrylic Smooth exterior paint with Silicone additives of required shade for New work (Two or more coats applied @ 1.43 ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20 kg/10 sqm) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, planting and developing of Carpet Grass including necessary earthwork excavation to a depth not exceeding 30cm in any type of soil, removing the Weeds, Roots and Vegetation, filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. and applying Soil Pesticide, transplanting of Carpet Grass including cost of Good Earth, Manure, Pesticides, Grass etc. complete all as specified.

Supplying, planting and developing of Gulmohar Plant [height of plant not less than 1.20m above ground level and of age 6 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.45m deep and of size 450 X 450mm and filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts], Manure such as Cow Dung, Vermi-Compost, Polydol Dust Neem Cake and Organic Manure etc. [1 Part] and watering etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, planting and developing of Lantana Red & Yellow / Dwarf Cannas Plants [height of plant not less than 0.60m above ground level and of age 6 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.15m deep and of size 250 X 250mm and filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts] etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, planting and developing of Acalypha Green twisted/ Acalypha Wilkinson/ Acalypha Green verigated Plants [height of plant not less than 0.60m above ground level and of age 6 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.15m deep and of size 250 X 250mm and filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts] etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying, planting and developing of Erranthemum purple/ Erranthelum yellow Plants [height of plant not less than 0.6m above ground level and of age 6 'Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.15m deep and of size 250 X 250mm and filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts] etc. complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying, planting and developing of Golden Durenta plants [height of plant not less than 0.6m above ground level and of age 6 Months] with proportional girth, evergreen species including preparation of ground up to 0.15m deep and of size 250 X 250mm and filling of Good Earth [Without Moorum content] and having suitable pH and EC as recommended for Saline Water conditions [3 Parts] etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing demolished building materials etc. to a distance not exceeding 500m complete all as specified and directed.

SCHEDULE'A' PART-II:E/M WORKS

Supply lay and testing of cable in trenches/walls XLPE insulated, armoured electric cable (heavy duty 1100volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 25 sqmm 4 core complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Installation ,commissioning & testing of water fountain as per sample complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Items required for the fountain will be measured and paid separately as supply only items under relevant items of this schedule.
