Appointment of project supervision services agency (PSSA) at various construction sites / sections in the jurisdiction of Gati Shakti Unit, Secunderabad Division, South Central Railway.

A.Financial Capacity: The Bidder shall have received total income equal to 150% of the estimated cost of the Project Management Services mentioned in item No. 2 of the KIT (para 1.1.2 of RFP) from professional(consultancy) fees in the 3 (three) financial years preceding the Bid Due Date. For the avoidance of doubt, professional fees refer to fees received by the Bidder for providing consultancy and/or supervision to its clients. In case of Consortium, the Financial Capacity of only the Lead Member will be considered. Moreover, each members of the Consortium should have at least 25% of the Financial Capacity for the purpose of further evaluation for the eligibility of the Consortium.

B. Technical Capacity: Technical Capacity shall be ascertained as per 3.2.2(1) of RFP document.

Please enter the percentage of local content in the material being offered. Please enter 0 for fully imported items, and 100 for fully indigenous items. The definition and calculation of local content shall be in accordance with the Make in India policy as incorporated in the tender conditions.

The original Bank Guarantee (in lieu of Bid Security) should be delivered in person to the official nominated (i.e OS/Tenders/GS/SC Division) as indicated in the tender document Before closing date for submission of bids. (i.e. excluding the last date of submission of Bids).
