Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floors and paving not exceeding 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level ), Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M&L for 25 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base finishing the surface of concrete topping even & fair, without using extra cement. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing non skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm in floor etc set and joinnted in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc incld raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

Supply and fixing coloured glazed ceramic tiles in vertical surface 350x250x7mm/450x350x7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match complete including 15mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 backing. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

S&F covers of PVC water tanks ( any capacity) made of 1 mm thick PGI sheet in standard shape fixed with two Nos of MS nut bolts, washers of size 50mm long & 6mm dia. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

M & L for cleaning of over head water storage tanks of capacity exc 250 ltr but up to 500 ltr, mechanised dewatering of water including sludge from the tanks, cleaning internal and external tank surfaces with high pressure water spray/ gunny bags and applying anti bacterial spray / bleaching powder including writing date of cleaning ( with thick paint in capital bold letter '' TANK CLEANED ON'') on each tank etc. Complete all as specified and directed by Eng-In-Charge.

All as per ser Item no 07 above but capacity of tank exc 500 ltr and n. exc 1000 ltr.
