Providing and laying water proofing treatment to vertical and horizontal surfaces of drainage/ manhole : i) I course of applying cement slurry @ 4.4 Kg/ sqm mixed with water proofing compound conforming to IS: 2645 in recommended proportions including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. ii) II course of 20 mm cement plaster 1:3 ( 1 cement : 3 coarse sand) mixed with water proofing compound in recommended proportion including rounding off junction of vertical and horizontal surface. iii) III course of applying blown or residual bitumen applied hot at 1.7 kg per sqm of area. iv) IV course of 400 micron thick PVC sheet. (Overlaps at joints of PVC sheet should be 100 mm wide and pasted to each other with bitumen @ 1.7 Kg/ sqm.

Providing and Laying 160mm dia PVC pipe 10kg/sqcm using Solvent Cement ISI Marked [As per IS 13592] with Heavy duty ISI Marked PVC fittings such as Ts, Elbows, Bends, Y's through under ground as per site condition and to make corresponding slope hence complete Testing of the system for leakage and Air tightness should be done appropriately. (Supreme/Astral/ Finolex or equivallant):

Providing and Laying 200mm dia PVC pipe 10kg/sqcm using Solvent Cement ISI Marked [As per IS 13592] with Heavy duty ISI Marked PVC fittings such as Ts, Elbows, Bends, Y's through under ground as per site condition and to make corresponding slope hence complete Testing of the system for leakage and Air tightness should be done appropriately. (Supreme/Astral/ Finolex or equivallant):

Providing and Laying 300mm dia PVC pipe 10kg/sqcm using Solvent Cement ISI Marked [As per IS 13592] with Heavy duty ISI Marked PVC fittings such as Ts, Elbows, Bends, Y's through under ground as per site condition and to make corresponding slope hence complete Testing of the system for leakage and Air tightness should be done appropriately. (Supreme/Astral/ Finolex or equivallant):

Earth work in excavation in ordinary soil up to 1.5m depth and taken out old stoneware pipe and stacked at site. Earth work excavation will be paid under the suitable head. Length of pipe will be considered for payment under this head.

Providing and fixing SS 304/316 sheet Cladding and chequered plates with all necessary fitting s and fixtures as per the direction of engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing C.I manhole covers of approved make, required shape, size, weight, etc. with frame (OD)

Demolishing cement concrete / Bituminous road manually / by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer - in-Charge. PCC 1:4:8

Providing and laying 15 mm thick acid and alkali resistant tiles of approved make (Johnson Endura) and colour using acid and / or alkali resisting mortar bedding, and joints filled with acid and /or alkali resisting cement/ Epoxy joint filler (6 mm spacing) as per IS : 4457, complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete and cement plaster work in proportion recommended by the manufacturers.
