Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar in floors, aprons etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on stone/brick/concrete surfaces including racking out joint, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on other than fair faces of brick wall or stone surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 with integral water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

M&L for cleaning of walls and floor of sunken portions including picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, dirt etc and Supply and fix APP polymeric water proofing membrane, minimum 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.0 Kg/Sqm, black finish reinforced with non-woven polyester matt, with a thermo fusable finish laid over cold applied bituminous primer conforming to IS:3384 @ 0.40 Kg/Sqm, torching overlaps with a propane or a butane gas torch with an overlap of 75mm at the sides and 100mm at the ends and sealing including applying a coat of cold applied bituminous primer all as per manufacturer’s instructions, complete all as directed. Note: (i) The waterproofing treatment shall be got carried out through the manufacturer or their authorized applicators only. (ii) HDPE spout pipe 32mm bore of required length shall be provided and rates for same shall be included in above quoted rate.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cement concrete M15 (Nominal Mix) using 12.5 mm nominal size graded crushed stone aggregate, 25 mm thick in sub base for laying tiles, pavings, floorings etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for joint free non skid ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kajaria (Pavigers)/Johnsons (Elite Plus)/ Somany (Plain star Beige).

M&L for joint free non skid matt finish ceramic coloured tiles, 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 Sqm but not exceeding 0.38 Sqm, in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match the shade of tiles, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed. M&L Glazed ceramic coloured tiles on vertical surfaces 350x 250x7 mm/450X300X7mm/ 300X600X7-8mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or colour cement to match, laid over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 backing, complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Kajaria (Impression)/Johnsons (Elite Plus)/ Somany (Juene Glossy).

M & L for 16-18 mm thick granite of black colour (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms and like over and including 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed. Note- The quoted rates shall be inclusive of - (i) Moulding of front and side of slab including polishing. (ii) Granite shall be laid in single piece of any size with rounding of edge and a groove shall be provided beneath the projection portion of slab. (iii) Gas pipe hole should be provided in kitchen slab.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete M10(Nominal Mix) using 40 mm nominal size graded stone aggregates, laid in alternate panel, finished surface even and fair including filling in position with 85/25 industrial grade bitumen mix filler of proportion 80 kg of hot bitumen, 1 kg of cement and 0.25 cubic metre of coarse sand as in plinth protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick on stone masonry surfaces or other than fair faces of brick work or on one side of lathing (on vertical surfaces) in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces on ceilings in cement mortar 1:3 finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plastering 15 mm thick (in two coats of 10 mm and 5 mm thick) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces (on vertical surfaces) mixed with and including water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions in cement mortar 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of newly plastered surfaces on ceilings and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of ceiling, plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying one coat of white wash etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M&L for preparing old surface of walls plastered or unplastered by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and treating oil and greasy spots & applying two coat of white wash etc complete all as specified & as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over putty to match the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of and applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance interior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of interior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 Sqm complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Premium acrylic emulsion paint should be done as per following processer :- (i) complete removal of existing treatment for preparation of old decorated treatment on wall / ceiling / chajja by scrapping with trucare wall sander : L-01/H-01 (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 80 Grit having dia of 7"/9" to make the surface free from dust, loose paint etc. or equivalent makes viz Xpress sanding machine having suction vaccum bag or by manual scrapping tools where mechanical removal is not possible and filling cracks, holes etc complete and applying 2mm thick wall care putty on scrabed surface. (ii) After applying wall putty surface leave 6-8 Hrs for drying the mtrl after that scrabe the surface with sand paper for smooth finish surface for applying two coats of acrylic emulsion paint. Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint complete all as specified and as directed. (iii) Contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company all their authorized applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed by the approved firm only. MAKE :- dulux weather shield max/Nerolac Excel Everlast 12/Asian paint ultima protek / Berger weather coat long life 10 or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

M & L for preparation of old surface of walls and applying one coat of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed.

Complete removal of existing treatment of wall and M & L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of alkali resistant primer over 3 mm thick wall care putty to match the surfaces complete all as specified and as directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All coats including primer to be applied with fully automatic airless spray machine of paint application with a flow speed of minimum 1 ltr per minute having a pressure of 3300 PSI / Manual application Allow 6-8 hrs to dry the surface in subsequent coats of paint (ii) Make should be dulux weather shield max/Nerolac Excel Everlast 12/Asian paint ultima protek / Berger weather coat long life 10 or Techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS complite all as specified and directed.

Dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC columns,beams,slabs,Chajjas and the like as directed ,roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes,washed with water and allowed to dry,including dusting of steel reinforcement,providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces,applying adhesive/admixyure over steel mesh and providing ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of banas sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufactures instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with apressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding,steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platform/formwork etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparing old painted surfaces of steel or iron of materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality complete all as specified and directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

M&L for preperation of old painted surface of wood or wood based materials of any description not otherwise described over 10cm girth or width & applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint Ist quality complete all as specified and directed. Make - Berger / Nerolac / Assian or techno commercially equivalent makes specified in PS.

S & F in renewal of stainless steel curtain rod made out of stainless steel sheet of grade X 02Cr19Ni1O (304 S2), surface finish No. 4 as per IS 6911: 2017, 25 mm dia including fixing to brackets and holders etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down wooden chowkhats or frames with shutters (without taking off shutters from the frames) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm each complete all as specified and as directed.

NOTE FOR WELCOME SURFACE FINISHES :- The following precautionary measures shall be ensured by the contractor before and during execution of the work :- (i) All weather proof painting works, interior emulsion and water proofing works shall be got executed through original material manufacturing company or their authorised applicators and contractor should submit MOU with the manufacturing company or their authorised applicator before execution of work and entire work shall be executed by the approved firm only. (ii) Contractor shall deposit entire quantity of materials (proprietory materials) in sealed containers required for painting works covered under subject contract in the custody of Engineer-in-Charge/ Office-in-charge of unit. (iii) The materials as required shall be issued to contractor by JE/ Engineer-In-Charge on daily basis and the empty containers/ bags shall be deposited in the store of Engineer -In-Charge by the contractor, for verification as per standard consumption/ coverage prescribed by the manufacturers. (iv) All gaps between wall and window/ventilator shall be filled with PU based wall Gap fillers.
