M&L for repair to RCC chajja by cleaning, replastering in cement mortar 1:3 mixed with integral water proofing compound. Plaster on top surface of chajja will be carried out after laying of PCC padding in CM 1:2:4 (mixed with water proofing compound) to a required gradient or slope as directed by Engr-in-Charge and the plaster will extended upto 300mm on roof surface to avoid leakage/seepage. Junction of old and new plaster will be well bonded with application of water proofing compound. Drip course or groove will be provided at the edge of bottom surface of the chajja. (Note:- Rates for cement plaster, WPC, PCC and formwork and labours deemed to be inclusive in the rates quoted against this item of BOQ by the contractor).

Cutting hole in brick wall/concrete surface including taking down defective/unserviceable part causing seepage/leakage i.e P & S trap, connector, bend or 'Y' junction and refixing of serviceable parts in the same position and removing of unserviceable parts & sealing by three number of joints with Aqua Epoxy Compound (Make: CICO/Pidilite ), making good disturbed surface with PCC 1:2:4 type B - 0 and cement plaster 15mm thick in CM1:4 using water proofing compound and applying two coats of cement base paint to match the existing surface.
