Marking as per Governing specification, if not specified therein then, Firms have to supply the material duly embossing/engraving/stenciling the name of manufacturer/supplier and year of manufacture at place which is preferably visible and shall not get worn out during service. If none of the above is possible the same to be marked on packing.

Statutory Variation Clause is applicable on all Statutory levies such as Duties, taxes etc. during the Original Currency of Contract subject to production of documentary evidence.
